“I honestly have only heart felt gratitude for this company. I was buying a vehicle from an elderly woman to whom is a family friend. She wanted to make sure the vehicle was mechanically sound. She had always taken it to this company. I was skeptical at first when they said it was not good because it was a well kept beautiful vehicle. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. So the moral of the story is my husband and I went to see if they were taking advantage of her. To our surprise they are honest, hard working, honorable men that value integrity and over all amazing quality workmanship. We scheduled our Suburban for a check up and work that same day. We dropped it off and to our surprise the quote they gave us was more than the actual cost. This is a company you can trust and they value their customers. I have a new mechanic because I believe in them. They go above and beyond for their customers.”
“On 15 July while traveling West on I-80 in the middle of Pennsylvania I lost my 3 & 4th transmission gears. I was towed from Taylors Auto in Milton, PA to Williamsport, PA AAMCO. Met with manager, Scott Mitcheltree who could not be more helpful. He told me upfront that it would be a week before he could start on my 2004 Suburban. He drove us to Enterprise Car rental and we drove back to Columbus, OH. Contacted Scott on Monday, 22 Jul and was told that my car was in a bay and I asked if it could be fixed by Friday 26 Jul at noon so that I could return my rental and pick it up. He would do his best. I contacted him Thursday, 25 Jul at 0930 and he had tested it once and would again later in day. We agreed that I should start my six plus hour drive back to Williamsport. I contacted Scott at 4:50 PM just before closing and told him that I was 40 min out. He said the car was ready to go and to call him on his cell when I got to Enterprise. I did and he came and got me. We went to AAMCO and he opened up for me to pay and retrieve my vehicle. I returned to Columbus after midnight - but yet a day earlier than I expected.

“I had a small evap leak and dropped it off at my usual shop (DPA) on three separate occasions (3 full days). They replaced a pump and had me replace the battery. None of this resolved the leak and my cars remote start would stop working after a few days. I brought my car on here one Saturday and after 90 minutes they did a smoke test and found where the leak was coming from and replaced a one house instead of the entire system the other shop wanted to replace.”
