They are friendly, compassionate and when you mess up and run out of your pets medication they try to get it refilled asap!! Have used this vet office for over 30 yrs

They were very kind to me and my kitty ❤️ the receptionist is an actual angel on earth? You can tell everyone there loves the work they do. The facilities are also kept immaculately clean (i know it’s a hospital but for a vet hospital it was completely devoid of even a speck of dirt or fur somehow!) and it has such a great atmosphere. Beautifully decorated and very serene feeling. They were able to see my 3 month old kitten on very short notice for an urgent problem and the doctor was super welcoming and had a great smile as he answered all my questions as a first time kitten owner. The lady that saw us before the doctor (not sure her title) was also so helpful and taught me how to trim my cats claws ☺️
This place was recommended to me by who I received my kitten from and i would also recommend them to anyone! 10/10

MY FAMILY AND I USED TO LOVE THIS PLACE! We have been going here for OVER 30 years!
NOW, it is such a cash scam, they will do anything to upcharge you and then lie about it! They jack up their prices at every visit!
For years people have been complaining about how the business has went downhill, they do anything to upcharge their customers!
Two weeks ago I was told my price would not go up they gave me a final price, which I put it in my calendar in front of the receptionist and marked final cost as I've done prior and advised her I was doing so!
They just called to confirm my appointment for my two pets, so I decided to ask, "it's still going to be $124 right?" The receptionist said, " oh, actually, no it's went up to $128.00 now" I said, " what?"
IT'S NOT THE PRICE! IT'S THE PRINCIPAL!
THE LAST TIME THIS OCCURRED, THEY ADDED OVER $120 EXTRA THAN WHAT THEY QUOTED ME PRIOR TO THE VISIT!
YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!
A lot of my friends that used to use this veterinary clinic and no longer do, because they call it a cash machine! And for some reason your pet always needs an exam, even if it's just to get a shot!
So much for the good old days when the vets there, cared for not only the pets but for the parents as well!
I wholeheartedly agree with the lady below who stated that she was in fear of having to pay another $600 for her pet!
They have been getting worse for years! I really miss the good old days where they actually cared about their patients and their patients families!
THE VETS USED TO BE AWESOME! AND THE STAFF USED TO GO THE EXTRA MILE!
THIS IS SO SAD!

I love this place! They are so good with my pups. Office visits are a little more expensive than others but worth it for the love and kindness they show my pups! Dr. Laura is absolutely amazing!

Great interaction with my dog. She even sat on the floor while my 7 pound, blind, deaf and dementia dog wandered around the room. She sat waiting for her to approach her.

My 13 year old cat had, what appeared to be a tooth ache, fowl breath, and weight loss, but was actually oral cancer. The doctor and nurse were compassionate and knowledgeable on this subject and offered a sound direction for treatment.
