We used to love going to sheetz for their hoagies. Last 2 months it has gone down hill. We have ordered cold subs from there quite a few times. I ordered a turkey cold sub and they ended up putting egg on it and mayo. Which I didn’t ask for or put down. This past time my husband had ordered a cold ham sub and they put it on a pretzel roll and just put ham on it when he put basically everything on it. This wasn’t the first issue and it probably won’t be the last. I’m really disappointed bc I would only order subs from here cause they were amazing but I think since the teenagers have been working in there in the early AM shifts, it has went downhill. I pry won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Good food but they forgot an entire sandwich with my order and I didn’t notice until I left.

Fountain drinks are extremely watered down and taste terrible. Every time we order curbside the food takes forever -- if it even comes out at all. This store needs work.

This sheetz quality is always lacking. The soda machine is never calibrated correctly, you either have no syrup or it's completely flat. Its been this way for over a year, they need to fix it.
