They only person that deserves any credit is the Technician that put only my windshield in as my technician
Is the only person that knew how to be professional If you like liars Scammers and sdeceitful company this is a place to go! This is not the first time I Used safelite but this is the 1st time it was under a insurance claim worst mistake ever The appointment was scheduled 4 days in advance I get a call the day of my appointment telling me I now have to wait 3 more weeks for another appointment I start asking questions of why and do they believe in advance notices so I can make other arrangements the rudest Representative get attitude and she hangups on me 2nd appointment comes they actually show up this time Come to find out they bill my insurance company for a windshield that actually need replaced and a 2nd window that isn't even broken now I'm asking more questions Technician says it will be taken off the bill no it was not I have both bills they sent me I would NOT at all recommend this company for insurance claims But I would recommend their customer service representative take a class on manners and customer service because she has either what she needs to realize it that its our money who pays her salary!!! I was sent a survey to fill out Everything in my survey is in this google review They don't post serve's it's a toss them to the side thing At least with a google review , people will know how crooked they are with insurance claims and it can't be hidden from public view

Only gave 1 star but not for the lack of bad work, but for the price. When you set up your appointment, you will get all these deals, discounts, etc. but when the tech arrive, they don’t mention any of that. I had to show the tech what price was on the site and still One of their techs charge me an $50 extra after I told him, I would dispose of the glass myself. Advice, when you set up your appointment online, get your discounts/codes if any that you may have, input them and pay for the window upfront. My neighbor did the same thing, and save $120. If he didn’t, the tech was gonna charge him $400.
