I was looking for something the Dr recommended and had planned on also looking for small things to take back to my kids. I typically love browsing pharmacies because they tend to have great clearance/deals. The woman working in the store, who wasn't even wearing employee clothing. I had no idea who she was, (she had no name badge or shirt to even let me know she was a Rite Aid employee!) was literally stalking me on both of the aisles I initially looked down. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. If I'd wanted help, I would've initiated the questions. Instead, I felt like I had to discuss my situation with the pharmacist, Jeff, whom she yelled across the store for to help me. After I walked away, I heard them talking about the item they'd helped me find. I felt so embarrassed. No wonder people just shop online anymore. I should have just spent less and saved the embarrassment by going to Walmart or Walmart online. At least if I'd gone there in person, I would've known it was an employee asking me if I needed help!

I'm very dissatisfied. First I got an attitude when I started my meds and the pharmacist assistant tried to tell me how I take my meds, despite the prescription saying exactly whqlat i was telling her. Once fixed by talking to head pharmacist, I thought the meds would be fine and no further issues. They keep forgetting to count to make sure the right amount is in there when filled. No big deal cause it's a 4 month prescription so I can go in and get the last set when they forget. Now for renewal I tried to renew a week before I ran out cause it'd be the yearly and they'd have to contact my Dr for renew in refills, I'm a week past almost of not taking meds and called my doctors to see if they called cause they told me to call the doctors since they hadn't heard back and the doctors office said they never did call in to renew the prescription. I get yall gotta work during your lunch and are mad but people depend on meds take it seriously and do your job properly.

I when online to look up an item to see if the Rite Aid on Lycoming creek road had it in stock, they did, it was Stain Away, for 4.99. So I stopped in and grabbed it, but when I went to pay for it she said 6.99, I explained the web site said 4.99, She said that is only if you order it and pick it up, I mean, I know it's only two bucks, but that is really misleading, and kinda dishonest too.

I shouldn't have to go through hoops to get a pre-authorization for a prescription to be filled. It's not my job to remind them to do their job. I go through this every time it comes to a script the insurance company questions. It's been a week since the script was called in and I am still unable to pick it up.
