The best place to find caring help. In a day when self-checkouts are everywhere and other stores couldn't care less for the customers, this store in the Loyal Plaza stands out as unique!

I walked up to the store to pick up an order as someone was walking out and an employee who I think was a manager (older bald guy) slammed the door in my face and told me they were closed, even though I was there 2 hours before their posted closing hours. I told him I was here for a door dash order pick up and he rudly said 'well were closed' and slammed the door in my face again. This person was extremely disrespectful and rude.

I’ve worked in healthcare for decades. The pharmacist I just spoke to is one of the rudest and uncaring people I’ve spoken too. She should move over to a collections agent or repo person, her attitude would fit perfectly in those environments. But trying to be a healthcare worker with this attitude was a very poor choice and disservice to the community. Your customers deserve better.

Rudest pharmacist(Rachel) I have ever encountered. She literally just hung up on me after I told her I just got home from the hospital and wanted to make sure my prescriptions would be ready today. They had another one in there briefly and she was so sweet and peppy. I don't know what happened but this chick is so rude and always has been. Like it pains her to do her job.

Consistently disappointing. Very poor customer service with rude and dismissive staff. Location has the potential to be convenient, but this is negated by the experience. Would recommend Wegman's Pharmacy if you are looking for a better experience.

VERY slow to fill prescriptions. Called in by Dr in the morning, stopped to pick up around 1:00, was told to come back in an hour. Still not ready. Giant pharmacy is a better choice.

We called in a refill at this location around 12:30 pm and they said the prescription was going to be ready at 4pm. Should have been plenty of time to refill one prescription. Showed up at 4pm and it was not ready. The lady told us to come back in 20 minutes because it wasn’t ready. An HOUR later it was finally ready. This pharmacy needs some time management skills. At least apologize to us after you check us out.

This location has gone downhill in the past few months. Staff are not friendly; I've witnessed the pharmacist arguing with a customer that was in her 90's about how long she had to wait for her scripts - pharmacist said 10 minutes, customer said 1/2 an hour...I've witnessed the "tech" while counting out pills, drop some on the floor, pick them up off the floor and put them back in the tray. I've heard "we're 4 days behind " for the last month. The drive thru is never open. Extremely irritating. This store used to be efficient - what happened?

They all always fill my meds late saying it’s to early and even my doctor is fed up with itAnd upon that their drive thru had been closed for testing for almost a year I never see anyone go through there…. For covid… are you kidding me?And lastly I stand in the store calling the pharmacy and literally watch the staff look at the phone and ignore it for 20 minutes their horrible end of story just a shame

I travel and interact with thousands of people during my travel so called the Pharmacy to ask a simple question "How Often AM I eligible for a covid vaccine ? " A Pharmacist or somebody in the pharmacy went on telling me to check with my doctor but she kept telling me that Vaccine is proven not to work after few weeks. She kept telling me that is not effective as much as they tell you. I have gotten covid few years ago and then I started to keep myself updated with my shots and have not gotten covid again so I am a big believer in Vaccine and whatever CDC recommends. It sounds like somebody in this pharmacy is getting info from the wrong source. I switched to the Pharmacy at Walmart.

Needs work in the pharmacy area I finally switched as of today . Every time I go in long lines . Drive thru is always closed has been for months . Every time I go to pick up a prescription it’s never ready always 15 or 20 minute wait every single time . Management needs to look into the situation.

To "Better Serve" their customers they are now closed on Saturdays! Life saving meds can't be locked away because you don't want to work!
