If I could give a 0, I would. Two years in a row, my husband ordered anniversary flowers for me from a telefloral sight, and unfortunately, it chose Mystic Garden to arrange and deliver the bouquet on both occasions. My husband paid the extra for the "premium" arrangements and both times a pitiful, absolutely embarrassing arrangement arrived. A premium price tag for a basic (at best) arrangement. Mystic Garden should be ashamed of themselves.

I used an online flower delivery website and this flower shop accepted and delivered the arrangement. I did receive an email notifying me that the shop made a substitution for the bouquet I ordered. My mother sent me a photo of the flowers she received and they are nothing like what I ordered. Not even the vase is the same. I placed the order on a Monday for Friday delivery. The shop had plenty of time to order the appropriate flowers (aka all of them) to make this arrangement happen. See photos for expectation and reality. The arrangement they delivered is low quality and low professionalism. Not sure how a shop can agree and accept an arrangement they are not capable of delivering.

I'm one to never post negative reviews. I ordered flowers for my mom days before mother's days and was suppose to have flowers delivered on sat and they never got delivered?!? Now been trying to get a hold of them to see what happen cause things happen in life but no one is answering the phone and no email stating why no delivery etc also I've been trying to reach them for 2 days.i live in SC so I cannot just jump in the car and see what's going on in person.This is very unprofessional and I've ordered through mystic a couple of times with zero issues,but will never buy from them again. Thank you mystic for ruining my mother's mother's day!!!

Worst experience with this company they delivered the flowers but it was not the right flowers that I had ordered also did not deliver the teddy bear that I orderedThey will not answer the phoneI would like to get my order fixed so if someone from this company would like to contact me that would be great

There are no words for this owner, she sells a product that she doesn't back up. my son and 3 of his friends rent tuxedos for the prom and every boy had a problem with the pants being yo short and to big for their waist. the quality wasn't fit for a yard sale, never mind the prom. When I called her on it, she blamed the boys and us parents. She was suppose to be giving our partial refunds and I called and they kept banging my call, so I stopped over and the manager said there are no refunds but they were dropping the vendor. mean while they had to make do with what they got or in our case we went out and bought a pair. So think twice before making any purchase from this joke of an establishment. Worst business ever!!!

My daughter, her boyfriend and two other couples ordered flowers for the prom. They were wilted when they picked them up and they all fell apart within an hour of the prom. They hadn't even made onto the dance floor before they fell apart. Very disappointing.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! $80 for 2 roses and some carnations!?!!?!?!?? UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! And $10 for one cheesy balloon!?!?!?!??!? I'm so upset yall ripped my beau off!!!!!
