They are a third party retailer, which means they don’t have authority to do everything in the system. I’m sorry you guys can’t seem to grasp the fact that we can’t do everything always. Stop being rude and judgemental, when you don’t know the tmobile situation or how the systems work.”

“My iPhone screen needed replaced. No appt needed went down on my break and they had it fixed in 30 min. Noticed an issue. With it when I got home but I called and they said to come down and they had corrected the issue quickly. Wonderful service, highly recommend if you are not worried about phone warranty”
