This place is a scam due for a upgrade for over 1100 still end up paying full price for the phone got charged 5 different times on two different cards for no reason had to waste all this time going down there so they can explain why they charged my 59.00$ for a 20$ case and tries to give me 20 cash and call it a day then continue to lie about what these charges on my card are for just for him to take them all off be careful buying anything from them there is definitely something fishy going on there

This place gets over on you make you pay for things u don’t want or ask for saying it’s a bundle they do not treat them employees fare one two calls out they terminate you after 7 months of employment

The plans are reasonable but I don't understand why new customers get better deals then they long time customers. We have to pay for upgrades when we should get a free upgrade atlease every 2 years. I don't know how much longer I'm gonna stay with metro.
