DO NOT GO TO JNC AUTO UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF!!They told me they fixed my coolant leak and never did and made me pay $300 for no reason. Then told me it wasn’t their problem. Then they were also suppose to fix my windshield wipers and they never did. We been there three times for them and the wipers are still messed up. Then I go back and tell them they never fixed anything and they never gave me my money back and lied to me. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!Services: Wiper blade installation

Only went to K&W for tires and ended up with a world of problems. The first thing I asked when I walked in the door is if they did after market rims, the lady's response at the desk was yes. I ordered 4 Cooper AT3's to be mounted on the rim's and put on my truck. at the end of the process I ended up with 3 gouged rims and a ripped beading a few inches long on one of my tires. The replaced 2 of the rims and refused to help with anymore claiming that another shop could have done that not them. then paid for me to go somewhere else to get it redone.

These guys are absolute saints. I went to Jiffy Lube a while back and they put the wrong oil filter into my car when changing it which recently completely took my car out of commission. While Jiffy refused to claim responsibility and said I wanted "free money" the guys at JNC guided me through the process and helped me understand what they did wrong as well as how to approach the issue. Now thanks to them Jiffy isnt screwing me out of several hundred dollars and my car is being done properly by the professionals at their shop. Can't recommend them enough.
