I got a better response from fairfield then I have from the insurance company.I've left messages about the estimate that I got and I still have not heard from anyone.

I was given a fair quote with a 3 day turn-around. The repair was finished on time and the vehicle was in tip-top shape when I picked it up. It had been washed, wiped down, and tires shined. My thanks to Corey and Justin and the rest of the team.!

A Day time Emmy drama nomination should be entered for Brian in the body shop department for: unapologetically lying, poor communication and having the right amount of inflection in his voice to come across like he cares (he nails it on all these! Bravo to you, Brian!)
