“This is by far the nicest hotel and the friendliest employees I have experienced in quite a long timeThe front desk couldn't be any better. Regina even checked to make sure I got back from parking my vehicle. I will definitely be back anytime I get the chance. Natasha was equally as professional and quite helpful in recommending some close restaurants. The room was a delight and very clean. A ++Rooms: Absolutely wonderful and the comfort was perfectSafety: I felt safe even walking from the parking garage back to the hotel. Very good feeling for being in a strange place.”

“They have some of the best food you can imagine from a bar. Love the food. Booze is priced decent and they let you smoke which is great. The women that work there are about as friendly as constantina wire. I don't mind, but if you have a problem being treated like you're a waste of time you might not like it.”

“OMG we had so much fun. Great band and bartender was very good. However my husband got pickpocketed by a heavyset short haired white woman pretending to help him with the gaming machine. She got over 200$ so beware of other patrons. Too bad people like that have to ruin a good time. But I will go there again and just watch my wallet!”

“The room was spacious, beds & pillows were comfortable, staff was so nice BUT it was lacking a few major things, in my opinion.1. A full length mirror! I’ve never been to a hotel room without a full length mirror to double check what I’m wearing before I get out the door. Come on Holiday Inn, invest in a few mirrors, they’re not that expensive!2. The room was so dark & dimly lit and not enough light for me at all! The bathroom was bright but that’s it- I’ll never understand how someone could design a room and not have proper lighting to see. The coffee bar was completely dark yet they put a light above the cupboard which barely lit anything?!3. My “room with a view” consisted of staring at the hotel next to me & dirty roof top. If you kept the window open, the entire hotel would be watching you:/If I’m ever back in Williamsport again for business, I may book another hotel or bring my own light & mirror next time!”

“The girl named Sasha that works the front desk is amazing!!! I've stayed in alot of motels 1000s !!!! Every time I went down there for something she was always smiling!! Very happy!!!! And always doing something constructive.... she also was helping a Spanish gentleman that couldn't speak English... I never write reviews. THE fairfeild inn needs to recognize this kind of work ethic!!!! I'm seriously amazed at the professionalism of this employee”
