I’d give them more stars if I could. I took my subaru crosstreck to them to have the ac looked at and the suspension raised to its natural height, (the owners before us had it lowered) the guys were extremely kind and they had it all done in a day. I’ll definitely be taking my cars there from now on.

I ran over road debris on Route 15; which caused two flats, ruined two wheels, and broke my emergency brake. I'm grateful the PA State Police chose to call Freedom Automotive to help me. Randy towed my car and drove me to the shop. (He also drove me to my hotel later in the day, when it became clear I needed to stay in Williamsport overnight.) Sean called numerous places to try to get the parts needed. He and a mechanic also gave me advice and helped me brainstorm about what to do because I'm four hours from home. It wasn't possible to get the needed parts today - and it's Friday - but everyone at the shop was so wonderful, kind, helpful, hardworking, and honest. If I lived nearby and didn't need to get home, I'd trust them to repair my car in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Freedom Automotive and appreciate everything they did and tried to do for me! Thanks so much guys!

The worst Towing experience. I was going to let them change an engine in my f250. Needed it towed to another garage for wiring problems so I paid them to tow it and not only were they 4 hours late for the appointment when I called Sean he said they can suck his you know what. That is disgustingly unprofessional. Then needed to set up another appointment and told him a week in advance. Not only did he not tow it that day but he said he was going to keep my money and I could do what I wanted with my truck. Also there is damage that was not there before I dropped the vehicle off. At least $500 in damage, my left rain guard looks like someone grabbed it with there hand and twisted. A big chunk missing. Also my bed tailgate top cover is missing. I will most likely have to take to court to recover anything.
