I have been to a lot of gyms and overall this has been my favorite. The owner is great. He is constantly getting new equipment and making improvements to the gym. There are tons of free weights, machines, a variety of barbells and different attachments. If you ever have a question...ask. He will show you how to use a machine. He genuinely cares about they gym and the people in it.

Clean, spacious gym with most of the equipment you could ever want. I'm not sure why they got rid of the deadlift platform, and I wish they had kettlebells, but other than that it's all there, convenient online sign up and your phone is your door fob to get in.

One of the best gyms ever if ever need any help someone is always there there is plenty of equipment nice people in both owner, trainers, people that workout/exercise good prices always trying to improve the facility I recommend to anyone!

It's a smaller gym, but with tons of equipment. Powerlifting, body building, strongman, Cardio, fitness classes. Dumbbells to 120lbs. Lots of plates. The place has a good vibe. They sell supplements too... Protein powder, drinks, clothing. One on one training available.

Gym fanatics. If you are looking for a place to call your fitfam this is the place for you. Great verity of equipment, weights in size and cardio equipment. The one thing they have most gyms in the area don't is an outside training area. Terf outside for circuit training and tire flipping. Friendly staff that helps locate equipment needs or questions. Locker rooms are nice, with a sauna and training bed (Extra fee). Great place to call your new gym home.

Williamsport peepS. Don't look any further for your newest addition to your life. The factory is a great place to call your second home. Friendly staff help out with member needs, class schedules and equipment knowledge. The factory has a secret training pad right outside its back door. Nice for circuit training, sled pulls or tire flipping. You won't be disappointment. They also hold aerobics and spin classes throughout the week.
