The folks who work here are top notch - so friendly, helpful, and professional. I most recently showed up on a rainy Saturday morning when my sump pump had died. We talked about what I needed, he helped me start to put it together, told me not to buy something I already had leftover and I went home and did it, with the items and his expertise. They have a wide variety of stock, I very rarely need to go anywhere else. And with that service, why would you??

Great customer service. Had what I needed and wanted. Nothing like the big box store. No wandering around hoping to find an item. Adding it to the places I'll shop instead of the chains.

Everyone here is super helpful. They get you on your way really fast so you're not wasting half of your day hunting for what you need. Prices are comparable to their competitors as well.

I walked in with a long piece of tape and asked for some slats for my queen size bed. They measured my tape and helped me with what I needed because I just wasn't sure. They were welcoming and personable. I didn't feel the least bit embarrassed about not having the proper measurements. I felt like I was in good hands from the time I placed my order to the loading. It was quick and easy. I was in and out. I compared the pricing to an online big home improvement store and they beat that company's prices. Great job East End Lumber!!

Close to town, and good selection of tools and supplies. Clerk gave me personal attention to help me find what I was looking for. Prices are reasonable for the items I purchased, though I did not do any comparison shopping. Fantastic location too- within walking distance of downtown.
