Extremely impressive custom furniture quality work - and these are just shelves! The wood is high-grade maple and beautifully finished. The mounting hardware is very sturdy and a convenient design. I used a combination of the included anchors and Spax screws into studs - these are not going anywhere! The packaging was well done and ensured there would be no damage. I definitely got my money’s worth here. I’ll be back to purchase more from Brick Mill Co.

I couldn’t be happier with my desk! Zac was very responsive to all my questions (I had many, so thanks, Zac!) and I received pictures and was able to approve of the slab before it was shipped to me. The first table that was made had a blemish that I didn’t like, and they had zero problems understanding and making me a new one. They made sure to check with me before sending the 2nd one, and I happily approved. It’s GORGEOUS and is a piece that I’ll have forever! The quality is outstanding, and I love the style of legs they offered. Telework days are so much more enjoyable while sitting at this beauty. I keep a desk pad on it to protect it from my keyboard and monitors. Everyone who sees it admires it. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again, and hope I can someday when I have the need! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I purchased a live edge walnut table last year, within a month it started cracking at the epoxy area. I don't live close so wasn't able to pick my slab in person, just through pictures they sent. I called out the cracks I saw in the slab pictures, but was told that there are cracks in all the slabs and that it would be sanded, filled in and smooth. I love the table, but the cracks keep getting worse. Despite the cracks, we were still interested in purchasing a mantle. I reached out twice to Brick Mill to show them the pictures of the cracks in the table and to discuss the mantle, and received no response back. Was hoping they would stand behind their product and their craft. Very disappointed.

We ordered 4 floating shelves and loved them so much that we custom ordered 2 countertops to match. Customer service was flawless and they communicated with us at each step of the way. Everything went smoothly except for some difficulty with the installation of the floating shelves where we had to ream out a few holes because the pipes were not square to the bracket in order to get them to mounted. All in all I would definitely order from the again. Professional workmanship and top solid wood quality. Love how they turned out. These made our family room turn out amazing.

Zac and team did a fantastic job on my custom live-edge river counter top. It turned out beautifully and is absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen. It really adds that 'wow' factor. After searching in stores for a unique kitchen table, we finally resorted to online shopping. While reluctant at first, we ordered a custom 36”x 60” bar height live edge single river table with cast aluminum heart shape legs. I must admit the quality and service greatly exceeded my lofty expectations. The pictures of the tables on their website are beautiful but do not truly depict the quality and detail that you receive. It is a work of art, that can be enjoyed for many years and passed down to future generations. I would not hesitate to order in the future. They are so easy to work with, kept us updated on the progress, and ship everything with get attention to detail for it to arrive safely. Our table has quickly become the conversation of all our family and friends.

My expectations were exceeded in every way with Brick Mill Furniture when furnishing my office. The service, furniture quality, delivery process were top notch. We live in California, a heavily red wooded state but we order a walnut live edge from the state of Pennsylvania, go figure!It’s simple, I love the walnut finish and Brick Mill’s construction of our dining table (and bench) met every metric! The table arrived right on time and was lovely to behold!They did such a fine job! Contacted me to clarify, when in doubt, advised us about what to pick (eg., the A legs) when we were in doubt!Needless to say, we would highly recommend their furniture for everything I described above and best of all for delivering on time.
