Rob and his crew are amazing. In my family’s time of need with this move he was there. He gave us a great price and was able to come last minute, same day and 3 flights of stairs! After two companies cancelled we were desperate. Rob is reliable and fast! There is always some bumps in the road when it comes to moving but he was reassuring. He was very patient with my kids (2,4) when they were running around and very cautious not to hurt them. He and his crew loaded up my apartment. Drove the truck to my new home and then unloaded in 4 hours. I will 100 percent recommend him to anyone who needs any of his services. He is very professional 10/10. Big thank you!

I would recommend hiring him to remove junk but would highly recommend you do not use him for lawn services. When I hired him, the first planned cut was to be May 2. It rained that day so he didn’t show up, and he did not show up until I had to text him on how high the grass was getting. He finally cut it on May 13. May 13 was the last I saw or heard from him. I texted him again on May 26, but he never responded. Given the holiday weekend I had to cut the lawn myself on May 27. Rob is a good honest man, but he took on more then he could handle when he expanded to lawn care. I would not recommend using him for lawn care.

Move went very smoothly guys were easy to work with and made the move look good when they set everything up and even moved existing furniture around for us to accommodate the new furniture being moved in. Definitely recommend

The whole house cleanout and deep clean of the home were what we thought we were getting per estimates. Services were rendered in November 2022. They do not arrive on time....ever! They are always 2 to 3 HOURS late. The cleanout started so late that they were still throwing things out the attic window at 10 pm. We live close to neighbors on a street in town. They got the house cleaned out but they did damage to the home. There is damage to corners, walls, and deck railing, and one window got broken along with damage to stairs. It was a late-night horror show. The house was loaded with stuff but they did not have to do damage to the home to clean it out. The charges were ok for what they had to do. Moving on to the deep cleaning of the home. Now here is where it got extremely bad. Again they arrived 3 hours LATE. So I sat at the house for 3 hours waiting. I was not living there so I had to drive to the address and WAIT for hours for them to arrive. They do not stay in touch nor can you get hold of them while you wait. Rob responded one time to my call to see what time they would arrive. After that, I just waited and hoped they would show up. He said they were "getting things together" and waiting on one man to come to work. They arrived with Rob, the boss, and 3 other very respectable men. Thank God for that. From here on it is downhill all the way. Rob walked them through and kind of told them what to do after they got their supplies into the house. The supplies were a broken vacuum, a broken rug shampooer, 1 bucket for 3 guys, Dollar Store cleaning products, one rag, no ladder to wash down the walls, no broom, and three men who I realize now never cleaned anything before in their lives. Nice men but did not have a clue how to clean anything. Rob went to the basement and used OUR broom to sweep a 9'x 12' area and came upstairs and said he was leaving to tend to business. That was 3 pm. So here are 3 men realizing that they only had one bucket.How are they going to wash down the walls with no ladder and one bucket and 1 rag? I had done some light cleaning so I had supplies setting on the living room floor. They came to me and asked if they could use my rags and did I have another bucket! At this point, I am ready to send them on their way but they were dropped off and had no way to leave and I could not get in touch with Rob as usual. So I ran to the Dollar Store and got another bucket and more cleaning products. So now I have more money invested in the job. They had no idea how to wash down a wall or scrub a floor. They soaked the walls with water and because they did not have the proper chemicals to add to the water to CLEAN the dirt off it just made a bigger mess, smearing the dirt around and making streaks of dirt run down the walls. So now I have a bigger mess. They soaked the bathroom floor to the point where the tiles began to lift at the corners. And they could only reach as high as they were tall so the top of the wall is not touched and there is a line where they could not reach. They did not even attempt any walls in any room except the kitchen. Since they were dumped off and I could not get hold of Rob the boss I could not send them on their way. That brings to mind when they did the cleanout, their vehicle did not start when they went to go home so my son drove them to Williamsport from Northumberland in a snowstorm at 11 pm! Now is this reason for seeking a refund for the deep clean? And then that begs the issue of the charges for the deep clean. I have the estimate that states $371. When he came that day to do the deep clean he verbally stated he would have to charge more since it was going to be a bigger job than he estimated. We verbally agreed on $400....but he was hesitant. At 9 pm that night when he came back to pick up the men and the supplies, he walked thru the house and had one man redo the one section of baseboard with our broom because he did not bring a broom! I knew he was not happy with the job they had done. BUT he loaded up his stuff and announced I would have to pay him

I wanted to support a local business and paid $2500 for the move. It was $2500 too much!!! I was told 9am, then between 11 and noon. No one showed up until 3:330pm. I was moving to Philadelphia. I was clear when I told them a 2 bedroom apt. and I itemized everything, including 50 boxes. They showed up with 2 guys and the smallest U-haul. Then I was told the boss was showing up with a trailer. Basically, they were unprepared, 6 hours late, my things were treated carefully and my Ethan Allen chest of drawers was seriously damaged with deep gauges and scratches, unrepairable. To top that off, the owner hit on me and asked if I wanted to have drinks with him when he's in Philly!!!!!! No thank you!!! He over promised and under delivered!

Boss Movers over performed for me on Friday 10/13 with a same day delivery when another deliver company failed to meet there agreement and was going to deliver 4 days late. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again

Boss Movers was great! I needed help last minute moving and I was moving from one second floor apartment to another so they had lots of stairs to do! They gave me a great price and really helped me! Also got a nice little sweatshirt out of the deal…. on accident lol.

Horrific experience. We were told and verified by email of a 10 to 11 arrival. When we called at 11, we were dismissed rudely: “we have other jobs first.” That is completely fine - but then don’t tell me you will arrive between 10 and 11. This was to pickup a purchase off Facebook marketplace and the seller had to leave their home by 1. No movers arrived. Now our deposit with Boss Movers has not been returned and no move took place. Ridiculous.
