I got a great deal as a new customer although I really wanted to port my number but couldn't. The customer service was great bc I was the only one there and got everything working great. I am disappointed that the app and website isn't working and it's been several days now ?

I hate to even give this place one star. They don't honor the return policy that the website claims. Spoke to 3 different customer reps who all told me the store has to accept my return but they STILL wouldn't. Finally I was told to file an insurance claim to get my phone replaced when all I wanted to do was exchange it in store as per their own policy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Most horrible service I've ever had. Supposedly 4G lte but half the time the internet either gets cut or not work at all when I call they don't do anything about it even hanged up on me once or put me on an unlimited hold until I just hang up. I'd give negative 5 stars if i could
