So Carfax said I was not happy with my last service there, don't know if I answered survey wrong but both my husband and I have always at great service there. Every person there is always very polite and give you all the information on our vehicles. We are very happy with their service center.

We live in Ohio and my son was traveling in Pennsylvania when his 2019 Kia forte broke down. AAA towed it here. It was determined a new timing chain was needed, but not just the timing chain, also a large number of engine components needed to be replaced. Since the vehicle had over 100,000 miles on it, it was not going to be covered under warranty and it was a fairly expensive repair. I made the decision not to repair the car, but to sell it to cash for cars, which would pick it up at the dealership. Erick in the service department was very helpful during this whole decision-making time. It took me a few weeks to make a decision and they did not charge me any storage for having the car there. He verified the pick up by cash for cars. And he even mailed some items to me that my son left in the car.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from the dealership. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful. My salesman Kenny Mitstifer was compassionate and took time with me to make sure I was getting the right vehicle. I very much appreciated his help.

I've bought a car many times, but I've never seen a dealer this professional. Thank you Mike!!
It took me three hours to talk to him and decide to purchase the vehicle. I was pleased with his custom consulting.
If there was anything I didn't know in the process of purchasing a vehicle, they told me, and when I received the vehicle, they kindly taught me how to use it.
I'm really happy because I really like the car. It was great to buy a good car.!!!!

Absolutely beyond satisfied! I purchased a beautiful 2018 jeep compass from them recently and to say I LOVE her is an understatement. George was my salesman and he was fantastic! Me and my mom are a lot to handle and he didn't even bat an eye. Even stayed past close to help people after us. I keep asking him who I need to speak to about getting him a raise! Lol. I had my car serviced, he took me to work AND THEN brought my car to me when it was finished. They addressed my concerns immediately and took care of me right away. My family has bought many vehicles from Blaise and it's been an amazing experience every time. :)

I am was so surprised to get a call concerning the much needed service of my vehicle. They had solutions to work with my tight schedule and make it as seamless as possible. They were flexible, professional, courteous, and all the while kept a sense of humor. My car was returned to me much cleaner than when I dropped it off and I was kept informed throughout the process. I felt completely accommodated and comfortable with the handling and many services that were performed on my car that day.

I spent 6 months looking for the truck that had everything I needed it to have and the right price. Dealership after dealership either refused to talk price or would not work with me over the phone. It was very frustrating.
However from the very beginning Ken at Blaise Alexander Kia was as wonderful. He was very responsive and understanding. He had the answer to all my questions and requests. He didn’t sugarcoat anything even if he knew it wasn’t the answer I was hoping for. I knew this was going to be the truck that needed and the dealership to work with.
When the day came to close the deal Ken, Andrew and George were fantastic. They guided me thru everything quickly and with full explanation. I never felt like I couldn’t trust them. The truck was clean, gassed up and ready to go when I arrived.
These guys have top notch reviews and it is well earned. It was with the almost 6 hour round trip to work with them.
And a special shout out to Kc who took time away from his family to drive 90 miles down to get me and drive me back up. He was a joy to talk to and clearly loved his job and the people he works for/with.
I will most definitely be back next time I need a vehicle.

Went there to trade my car in and they offered me below blue book price then on top of that when it came to financing they expected me to accept $800 payment a month at 18 % interest and I have good credit I went elsewhere and got a brand new car with 8 % interest and good payment I say to people stay away from this dealership there a rip off

They have had my car for weeks to fit the ac now there saying they have 40 appts to fit in no rental cars your just screwed this is why I go to mom and pop shops this is my first time at a dealer place and I'm not happy they do not call with updates you call them stop taking apps till u get the ones fixed u have
