I called this guy at opening for a tow. He said he could come out and never showed up. I've been waiting around for this guy all day. He could of least had the decency to call and say he wasn't going to make it out. Very dissatisfied.

They were reasonable letting me get the things I needed from my vehicle. Then they knocked down the storage price a little bit to get the car out, as long as we towed it.

Took car in for inspection, took 2 days to get car back when they told me it would be done in the morning on 1st day. Go to pick up car, no one there, when they showed up car still wasn't ready. Asked them to call me if they found anything. No call. I told them that we were taking the car. Older man told us to get the car and just leave. Very unprofessional. Lack of knowledge, and extremely rude. They were highly recommended but will never take a vehicle back there again. Son had problem resolved in less than 5 minutes after being home. Not a way to treat anyone.
