Exam couldn’t be completed because of wax build-up. Had we been told to have his ears checked and cleaned prior to the visit, we would have seen that it was taken care of. Wasted trip.

The first time I step foot at this location, I was out of town 1.5 hours away from home. I needed my hearing aid fixed. I walked in without an appointment and I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Elvira made me feel so welcome and she fixed my aid on the spot. Ever since then, I travel only to this location to have any service done with my aid. Today I had new molds made and I’m excited to pick up a new hearing aid in January. Thank you for you stellar service and welcoming smile. With old-fashioned customer service hard to find these days, it is appreciated more than you know.
