Tina was the sales woman that sold us an upright freezer. There wasn't any pressure, all she did was told us what she had for what we wanted and described them to us, then left us alone to talk over which one we wanted. She is very nice to talk to and easy to get along with. I wish all sales people were as nice as Tina is.

They make shopping easy! We met with Heather. Fun-ominal person! We went to a couple other places within about 15 miles of Williamsport and just couldn't beat the personal touch and experience.

I never leave reviews but i/m honestly very upset. My lady, and I came into the Williamsport store this past Sunday 15 mins before closing. We were instantly greeted by an employee, and she quickly informed us that they close in 15 mins. We shot to the back quick to look at beds, and a guy asked if he could help us, I told him what we were looking for, he showed us 1 bed and said we close in 10 mins. I said we'll make it quick and be out of here before you close, he walked away. An announcement comes over the store saying we close in 10 mins. We looked for a few more minutes, and proceeded to the front of the store and looked at a desk, nobody bothered with us at that point, 2 employees watch us walk to the door to leave, and the door is locked at 2:58 pm. Nobody says have a nice day, nothing. Don't even offer to unlock the door, and let us out. We unlocked the door and leave. The salesman who waited on us was rushing to his car from the other exit again 2:58 pm. I get it, I also work in Retail Sales, and want to go home at the end of the day myself, but I NEVER make a customer feel like they have to hurry, or their business is not wanted because I want to go home. From the time we entered from the greeting to the intercom announcements, from the salesman, to the 2 other employees we walked past, to the locked doors before closing time that nobody offered to unlock, I have never felt this unwelcome in my life.

Tina was absolutely lovely. Very accommodating. Willing to have the patience to explain my questions in a way I understood her. She took my concerns and aimed me to a mix set that my family is so excited for !!! THANK YOU TINA

Purchased a clausener couch and matching chair from them in January of 2023 around 6 months later of light use spring where popping out of the end of it where they cut my hand called it in for warranty and I was informed that the company went out of business and that they would take it in and fix it as they did brought it back 2 months springs popping out of it was told that they would do an exchange of a couch for the same price asked about my matching chair and was told I had to deal with it basically that it was not there problem found a couch that was cheaper then original one so we bought a recliner chair with it paid my bill in Williamsport branch hour later got called that they undercharged me and that I owed 200$ more picked up my furniture at the Mansfield store and they would not release my furniture to me because I owed due to there mistake Patty in Williamsport called us trash and said that our couch broke. Because of us please steer clear of this store since the owner passed away customer service it terrible and patty in Williamsport is pathetic and should be ashamed of herself treating people this way is what kills a business in small town pa added a picture of my old couch take a look it shows that it was just beaten all to heck!! The place is a joke and quality is sub par

They will not stand behind the products they sell was to get new foam cushions for free before 10 years, well it didn't happen because of a missing tag that was never on couch to begin with. Asked if I could just give them the measurements and they said no had to have the number on the tag that should have been tacked to the bottom of the couch after turning it over there was nothing there screw beiters there's other places to shop if that's how they want to treat customers who spend thousands at their store
