Extremely friendly staff and super helpful. We needed to do a wire transfer and had to come to this location since there aren't any in NY. The banker was Extremely helpful and kind. If they weren't so far from us coming from NY, we'd use them for our home location.

I really wish they wouldn’t close the branches near me. I opened an account with BB&T because they were convenient for me here and also in Florida, but now I am finding it not the bank I loved to use, driving miles to use it now
