I can not thank the guys at Bastian tire enough. Last year I replaced most of the suspension and front end parts on my truck due to having 286,000 miles on it from another shop. After 1000's of dollars it still would not stay in alignment and continued to have vibration and shaking while driving. After many attempts from other garages to fix the issue Bastian was the one to make it happen and in a timely manner. John kept in contact with me through out the week on updates and the experienced technicians replaced the necessary parts all while keeping my hourly charges very reasonable. I will be a returning customer. Thanks again guys.

I’ve taken my Jeep to a dealership for an electrical issue, and they “thought” they knew what the problem was and after a couple of trips, and replacing parts, I still had the problem until they gave up. Then I called Bastian. I dropped off my Jeep and not an hour later Steve found the problem! ALL my Jeep work, electrical, electronics, mechanical, etc. will be done by Bastian Tire & Auto Centers. For me it’s the First Stop One Fix Place!

I requested an appointment for two front tires to be replaced. Was told that it was a walk in process which was absolutely fine. Was very impressed that I was given an out-the-door quote unprompted. As an intern hailing from a small town likewise to this one, this assured me I was in genuine and professional hands. All staff I interacted with were great. Thanks!

Could not ask for better service. Got a flat tire while traveling home from Florida and passing through. They took me in right away and the repair was done in 20 minutes. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

Took my car there and ask for it to repair when they had it in the frist time they told me it need a steering rack and n muffler system which I know it needs a muffler system....I was told that's all it needed for inspection so I set the appointment for the day too get inspected and when I got there they told me they couldn't inspected my car cause they claimed it had holes in floor board and brake cables needed replaced but I wasn't informed of this 2 weeks prior to this when they went over the car...so they did the major work and I still didn't get it inspected after almost 2000 in parts...if I needed all that I should've been informed before I thought I would have had it all ✅ for inspection and it took them almost 4 hours too get me out of the shop I realize the job was 3 and half hours...getting checked out was horrible they had idea what was going on with my paperwork and none of I formation was put in system so that took a hour or longer too get it done....this isn't a good look for anyone...also almost everyone that was in there that day had to put some kind of part on there car like they charged a lady 72$ for wipers to inspected her car like I know times are hard for business but people work hard for our money and shouldn't be treated like that or taking advantage of just so a business can make money
