“I honestly have only heart felt gratitude for this company. I was buying a vehicle from an elderly woman to whom is a family friend. She wanted to make sure the vehicle was mechanically sound. She had always taken it to this company. I was skeptical at first when they said it was not good because it was a well kept beautiful vehicle. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. So the moral of the story is my husband and I went to see if they were taking advantage of her. To our surprise they are honest, hard working, honorable men that value integrity and over all amazing quality workmanship. We scheduled our Suburban for a check up and work that same day. We dropped it off and to our surprise the quote they gave us was more than the actual cost. This is a company you can trust and they value their customers. “I needed a mechanic because the dealership was no longer impressing me and quite frankly, was awful after the warranty wore out. I called and he was able to schedule me fairly quickly. I had an oil leak shortly after a service and he got it in for me, fixed it up and did it same day. “On 15 July while traveling West on I-80 in the middle of Pennsylvania I lost my 3 & 4th transmission gears. I was towed from Taylors Auto in Milton, PA to Williamsport, PA AAMCO. Met with manager, Scott Mitcheltree who could not be more helpful. He told me upfront that it would be a week before he could start on my 2004 Suburban. He drove us to Enterprise Car rental and we drove back to Columbus, OH. Contacted Scott on Monday, 22 Jul and was told that my car was in a bay and I asked if it could be fixed by Friday 26 Jul at noon so that I could return my rental and pick it up. He would do his best. I contacted him Thursday, 25 Jul at 0930 and he had tested it once and would again later in day. We agreed that I should start my six plus hour drive back to Williamsport. I contacted Scott at 4:50 PM just before closing and told him that I was 40 min out. He said the car was ready to go and to call him on his cell when I got to Enterprise. I did and he came and got me. We went to AAMCO and he opened up for me to pay and retrieve my vehicle. I returned to Columbus after midnight - but yet a day earlier than I expected.
I could not be happier with my AAMCO experience. Scott was fantastic to work with.

“Marcus is a very professional and polite salesperson. He is very knowledgeable with our vehicle even though it is an off brand from Kia. Marcus was never pressuring even while standing out in a cold cold rain with us for about two hours. His willingness to answer questions is remarkable even when asked to make many measurements with a tape measure, again, standing in the cold rain. Marcus helped us through the paperwork process with ease and explained everything thoroughly. The only issue we had (not with Marcus) is that the vehicle did not have a spare tire and had a repair kit instead. I guess we're just old school that way. Thanks for the wonderful experience Marcus. You helped us find a deal better and newer than we were looking for.

“Phil is amazing! Coworker recommended us to Phil. After speaking with him he said he’s been doing auto work for 26 years. I spoke with him about the breaks cuz I could see the rotors were worn a little through the rims. He saw we only put 5k miles on it & said we should be good till next inspection. “I can’t say enough good things about Fairfield Ford! I have a really pretty Bikini Pearl colored jeep wrangler and it developed that pesky paint corrosion that so many have. Because my jeep was purchased through the dealership in Muncy, they send all of their warranty bodywork to these wonderful folks at Fairfield. It looks BEAUTIFUL. Dare I say, better than it did when it was brand new? I mean it just seemed like it had more sparkle and depth. I dunno but this paint job is stellar. Communication was excellent, customer service with everyone I encountered was wonderful. I literally can’t say enough. I was sad that it had to be done but I’d take it back to these guys if I had to! They’re really wonderful and great at what they do!”
