David, John, Andy, and the rest of the AAMCO team are all about customer service and will stand behind the work completed. When my Silverado left me stranded, the AAMCO team went out of their way to make sure my truck was repaired and back on the road. I couldn’t ask for a better group of guys to have work on my vehicle. We are from upstate NY, camping in Pennsylvania. Our transmission started to slip very badly, we contacted the Ford dealer and they couldn't do anything for a month. So we called Ammac and they said if I could drive it in they would look at it. Drove twenty five miles they took it right into the shop, It turned out to be a rusted line and we had lost five quarts of fluid. They fixed the problem and we were back on the road and camping switching a couple of hours.I figured they would have changed me at least a thousand dollars for the service but the bill was only 270!The people were very professional and friendly, I can't say enough about them, very trustworthy.Service: Transmission

Went in because another shop told us we needed our transmission lines replaced. The staff at AAMCO took a look and told me the real fix wasn't transmission-related at all. Saved me a ton of money and hassle. These guys don't fix it if it ain't broke and will talk you through all your options when something is. Will use them and recommend them in the future. I had my van transmission rebuilt by AAMCO in Williamsport. They did a wonderful job for me. My van runs really good now. John, in the office, called me to update me on the progress and the expense as they worked on my van as there was much to repair. I am very thankful for their honesty and kindness. I haven't had my car service there as yet. However, I called the Atlantic Ave branch just to get some information on the procedures on coming in for service on my car, because the engine suddenly started running a little heavy and a knocking sound under the front. I spoke with Hector. He was really professional. He listen and shew so much concern, I had no other choice but to make an appointment to have him service my car. I am looking forward going there and I anticipate great service. Thanks Hector.

The employees were all kind and courteous and helpful. Friendly. When I needed to go back with other issues a few days after getting my transmission rebuilt, they made sure all was ok and followed through thoroughly.

John and the wonderful team at AAMCO went above and beyond to assist me when I had car trouble while traveling through the area. The other service centers that I contacted were not able to look at the car due to the current backlog of work. Fortunately, however, one of those service centers recommended AAMCO Williamsport, since it sounded like a potential transmission issue. The AAMCO team was able to look at the car right away, and after a checkup and test drive, they noted one internal code that would need to be be looked into when I reached my destination, but other than that determined that the car was fine to drive in the meantime. Thank you!
