I feel and I’ve been treated with respect and kindness when I call in people are there to help me I just feel initially there could’ve been more explanation of things and that would’ve helped. I think make me feel more confident when using the phone for timing and timing out and just basic information but I am satisfied and I want to thank everyone there at A-Plus.
