I had work done at another shop and still had issues. Took the vehicle to Phil- he found and documented several serious issues with the previous repair and set to making corrections. The documentation was so good that when I submitted the paperwork to the previous shop/credit card company- I was issued a full refund and the company paid the new repair bill! I will only have Phil service my vehicles from now on.
