I don't know what this place was like a year ago but this has been an amazing rite aid for the past 6 months since I've been coming here. The store clerks, pharmacists, and pharmacist techs do a phenomenal job. I live right behind a rite aid but drive 15 minutes to get my prescriptions filled here.I really wish I had the workers' names but I'm not exaggerating when I say it's everyone.

Rite Aid is just such a vile company, no matter how hard the customers and the poor employees try to make anything work. The fault lies, not in this store's employees, but in the upper management of this bad company. No one ever answers the phone or returns your messages because the suits won't hire enough employees to provide basic service. And when you use the bad co. website, it doen't work. For example, I carefully selected this location for an appt. ... and it took a half-hour just to schedule a COVID vaccination on that bad website ... and then R.A.'s bad website scheduled me for an appointment at a different location, against my wishes. When I tried to call and see whether the store had gone out of business, like the nearby CVS store, like you will, I had to listen this terrible, distorted, unpleasant computer-generated voice that said no one would speak to me no matter what I tried to do. Alterative: Although I don't buy groceries at Giant Eagle, I have found its customer service at its pharmacies to be a thousand per cent better than Rite Aid. You should dump the entire Rite Aid evil corporation and do as I did.

The quality of experience in the store is very dependent upon who is in pharmacy if you are there for your medications. The store itself is staffed with hard working, pleasant people who go out of their way to try to problem solve any issue that may occur. Store would pass anyone's white glove test.Even in the cold wet weather, floor is clean and dry. And if you've ever slipped or fallen on a wet floor, you really notice that attention to detail.Coolers carry a good cross selection of items, mostly beverages. It is a moderate size store with standard and unique products. Staff are pleasant, friendly and professional

Don't bother calling the pharmacy, they're understaffed. They might not be staffed at all at the pharmacy department, there is no way to know for a customer.

Rite Aide has been my preferred store for years. They usually have everything I need. I also got my Covid-19 Booster Shots at Rite Aid.

Had a drive thru appointment for this morning and of course the drive thru was closed. At this point, it wasn’t even a surprise. Despite the hard work and excellent service provided by the staff - they are all excellent - issues with understaffing plague this location. Support your workers!

It seems like this pharmacy always has 800 prescriptions to fill and two people working. They lose written prescriptions, guarantee a 45 minute wait to get anything filled, and seem overworked to the point of being rude. I don't know if this location just services too big of a region or if the staff needs more help or what. But if you can avoid filling your script here, I highly recommend going anywhere else.

I'm done with this pharmacy. Time to move on. They are hronically, critically understaffed and as other reviews state, it results in decompensated medical conditions. Auto refills aren't refilled. Sometimes the phones are shut off so you can't call to get a refill (using the automated system only works if the bottle you have on hand has refills available and isn't a controlled substance). Then when you do pick up your meds, God forbid you have a problem, because the staff is completely oblivious as to how to help, sometimes including thr pharmacist. That's if you're lucky and they're actually open when you try to pick up your script. Time to try CVS. Peace out. Hope you can fix your staffing problems before someone dies from your negligence.

Extremely unhelpful for those who need a rapid test for covid and don’t own a vehicle or have access to a vehicle. Staff is extremely rude and argumentative.

Horrible store. Phone system doesn’t work, even when my doctor called! Pharmacy shut down completely when a pharmacist didn’t show up for work. They don’t refill auto fills. I’ve had to report them to corporate 3 times and could have reported them 5 more times but didn’t have the energy. Because of bad pharmacy I was left having seizures at night due to withdrawal symptoms from my one medication they didn’t fill on time that my doctor DID try to call in. I ended up having to drive to another rite aid when I was too dizzy to drive and at high risk of seizures.

No one answers the phone at this pharmacy. I just went to go talk to someone and the drive thru pharmacy was closed at 2pm, when the pharmacy was supposed to be open, which was a problem for me since I’m currently testing positive for Covid. I ended up calling a different Rite Aid so I could actually talk to a person to find out what was going on with my prescription.

I made an appointment for a Covid booster online, received confirmation by email, showed up on time to find the pharmacy closed (for the next day, too, the cashier said!). No one ever called or emailed me to let me know. I spent all that time filling out the forms and giving my info—the least the manager could have done was use the info to notify me. By that time it was too late in the day to get it at another Rite Aid. I tried.

This is the absolute worst Pharmacy experience I've ever had. I've been going here for about 5 years and now will never go back. I usually have my prescriptions on auto-fill. However, I didn't get the notification that they were ready. I tried to call the store multiple times over multiple days. No one ever answered the phone. I finally made it to the store in person and was told that auto-fill orders basically don't exist right now. I was also told that they are 200-300 prescriptions behind. I waited for 30 minutes while they filled my prescriptions. While I was there, the phone was ringing off the hook with no answers. People kept coming in and asking why their doctor hadn't called their prescription in. I had to go back a 2nd time 2 weeks later to get them to turn off my auto-fill from their computer and got nothing but attitude from the person at the counter including the same spiel about there being no auto-fill and them being 200-300 prescriptions behind. P.S. Don't try calling Rite Aid corporate when you need help. They are absolutely useless.
