Staff was friendly but was very slow. I booked a 11:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn’t take my Escalade in til after 12 and had to remind them that they were supposed to rotate my tires as well. They almost pulled it out of the bay without doing so. Ended up being there for over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I also over heard them saying that their Inspection License has been suspended so if you see this don’t plan on getting that done there.

Lou really hooked me up when I really needed it. First time in the area and he made me feel so comfortable and talked with me the whole time. Definitely coming back every time I need new tires or work on my car! Recommend 100%!!

Lou to the rescue! I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I was moving my son in at Pitt and woke up to flat tire as I was headed out for my 5 1/2 drive back home. Lou got me on my way with a repaired tire in less than an hour and was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend Lou and Monro - responsive and dependable.

terrible place! dropped my car off to literally just get looked at 8 hours ago and i call they haven’t even looked at it and are closing they wasn’t even gonna give me my car back after closing

Lou of Monro Auto Service on Penn Ave was amazing to work with. Honest, speedy and super friendly! We will definitely use Monro again for our auto needs. A crisis on a Friday evening was averted due to his ability to accommodate our tire emergency. Thanks for all your help Lou!

These guys quickly fixed my flat tire and were clear with how long it would take and how much it would cost. Very happy and will be using them again if I have any tire issues.
