This is by far one of the best storage facilities I've used. I love the old building it is housed in, and the freight elevator is a really cool feature. The guy who works in the office is really on top of things and really efficient. He was super helpful when I moved in and explained how to use and operate things really well. Most of the people that store stuff here are friendly and cool, and I run into the same people a lot so it's like a weird little community within the building. My storage unit is clean, spacious and affordable. Only issue is the parking. The building is shared with several other businesses like machine shops. The guys that work there get frustrated when you park in the loading bay and try to get you to move even though you're parked there to load/unload. Outside of that area is parking in what I can only describe as a mud pit covered in cat p**** There's a cat hoarder in one of the dilapidated houses next door and they are all over the parking lot. Not ideal but not the storage facility's fault. Overall I would recommend this facility. Great customer service and a cool unique building!
