Are you a non-immigrant? Don't go. Wanna get your documents notarized? Don't go. Wanna open an account with them? Please don't go. Meeting Jim? Absolutely don't go. I got my documents notarized in the Pittston branch without any hassles or having to explain why non-immigrants would apply for new passports . And, most importantly, the notary knew what he was doing and was very courteous. Head there instead if you want to open an account.

I visited this bank today Saturday and was treated very disrespectful by one of the cashier inside the bank. I filled out the wrong slip to get money out of my account, my mistake. The lady was so rude instead of saying that I filled out the wrong form she said well I don't know what you are doing this is a deposit slip. The tone that she talked to me in was sarcastic and rude. I will be back on Monday to talk to her manager. I'm a customer and if I did something wrong just help me to correct it, no need to talk to me that way.

Had a great experience with the folks here today. I had a complex problem requiring the services of a notary. The team was extremely helpful and took great care to address my needs. TY!

The employees at this branch aren’t wearing their masks, but are requiring all customers to go through the drive through for all transactions causing a major bottleneck in service. I walked in to complete a transaction and the woman at the door (with her masked pulled down to her neck) required me to head into the drive through. The teller at the drive through had her mask hanging from one ear, completely off. What’s the point of forcing your customers to deal with inferior service if your employees aren’t even going to follow their own corporate safety protocols? It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to withdrawal money. Extremely unprofessional.

0 stars would be mine if there was a choice. I AM A LOCAL BUSINESSMAN. Fist of all in the main lobby where the customers come in was filthy and smelled like a subway. They must have had lunch right in the banking area. . Horrible experience. new to area. Went in to this branch to pay my rent for a property I have. was hard to find a deposit slip because all the bins were empty that they keep them in. i found 1 lying on top of the area after a few minutes. you would think that someone would ask if i needed assistance. As always I put the firs and last name of the landlord and account number on the deposit slip and go to deposit the check. I was dealing with an Eileen who wasn't that friendly at all. she told me I needed an address to my landlord which I did not have. i explained i never needed that . She said in a smug way "well that's how we do it here at this branch" then a smile comes out from her. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND NO MANAGER ON SITE. So i have to pay it so i call my landlord and get the address. she has never heard of it either. i get the info and of course im frustrated at this point and give her the check with the amount but i didn't write the numbers to the right. She asks me if this is my check and i at this point am very frustrated said of course it is who else would it be? she smiles with a smug look and say "well the numbers would help on the check". i said at this point I felt she was pushing my buttons purposely then another employee comes over and starts berating me telling me to not talk to her that way. I said how?? i called her no names, I did not berate her. I asked him to get out of my face because he was in a threatening manner and i just asked for my receipt and go. I usually don't deal with wells fargo only to deposit rents for my one property but im certain to never deal with this bank ever. Customer service is sloppy, rude, and unprofessional. THIS WAS A VERY HORRIBLE AND UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIANCE. THE TREATMENT I GOT FROM EILEEN THE TELLER AND CHRISTOPHER OUSTRICH THE BANK RERESENATIVE WAS AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS IT GETS. I DEAL WITH ALOT OF LOCAL BUSINESS IN THIS COMMUNITY AND WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BANK EVERY CHANCE I GET.

Me and my Girlfriend went there to refinance her auto loan we waited over 2 hours to get seen by a banker who end up lying to my girlfriend saying since it was Saturday he would call her first thing Monday which never happened. Then we called there 1800 number to be transferred all around to being to told that we had to go back to the bank to find out. So we made a call the the bank that helped her do the refinance paperwork to find out she was not approved for a lower apr rate which she was at the best through dealer services which was a different then what they would raise her apr rate to. So she's at a high 11 percent apr rate for over a year of excellent on time payment record with a credit so of over a 700 hundred. They could not even let her know that she wasn't able to get a lower apr rate on top of their advertising commercials of transparency and commitment to their loyal customers. Hah what a joke she went to another bank which was PNC who gave her 5 percent interest rate and the approval right away like they wanted her as their customer and valued her. She was no only able to get a better apr rate she was also told had she had an account with them and did a refinance after her good payment history and good credit she would of be in their lowest apr bracket. So now when we hear that Wells Fargo commercial we laugh because it's all talk no action. They should back up what they say.
