We actually used Wegmans for our wedding flowers this September and were highly impressed with the quality of our arrangements and bouquets! Our guests were blown away when we said they were from Wegmans!
Definitely see Mary in the floral department if you need something special! The turnaround was amazing (only needed to order 3 weeks out) and the flowers were stunning and high quality (roses and hydrangeas) for a very reasonable price - a third of what other area florists were quoting as the minimum budget they could work with! We ordered 2 large displays for the church, 1 bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, several boutinnneres and corsages and 2 dozen white Eskimo roses. Each bloom was perfect!

Love the store but VERY disappointed that they’re doing away with “single use” plastic bags. I use my plastic bags for dog waste and also to keep the smell down in the trash can from meat container. I don’t always remember to bring my re-usually bags I currently have because I dont know exactly when I’m going to the store. Maybe some people plan ahead but there are so many times I just stop in because I need something…and charging for paper bags?? Come on!

I don't quite understand the cult like following that Wegmans has. I mean, I can see why, we all have our favorite stores we constantly go to, but this one seems to be way out there. I have heard from numerous people that they would live and die by going to one of these locations. I'm going to say this and probably get some flack, it's just a grocery store. I walked in here to look around for a few items I thought I might need on this trip. I browsed the aisles and came across a few things that I might want. Prices were not anything special, on par with other grocery stores out there. They had everything you would expect to find and then some. The alcohol aisle seemed to be an aisle that was always busy. I ended up grabbing a few snack type foods to hold me over on a trip I was on. Going out was extra easy as I used the self checkout lanes. Made for a fairly easy stop for me, but like I said, nothing too special.

Ran to Wegmans for ice cream. For the first time I encountered a young man in a wheelchair who was the cashier. I commend Wegmans for giving everyone a fair shot at a job.

This is my first time at a Wegmans. I am from Texas. This store reminds me of a Whole Foods crossed with Sprouts. This is a large store that is clean and very nice looking inside and out. There was hand sanitizer station at front for hands and wipes for the cart. The fresh veggies looked great, but we arrived on a late Thursday evening and many of the veggies were gone. The fresh cut fruit did not look that great pre-packages, so I got a few apples. The honeycrisp apples looked great. We checked out the snacks and there is a nice selection of snacks. The beer/wine aisle was huge. We found some local brews. Employees at front check-out were a bit slow, but very friendly.

Wegmans in Wikes-Barre is a large, modern grocery store that is almost competitive to a Whole Foods. Coming from Austin, I was impressed by the size, selection, and quality offered. But some shelves were empty and checkout was super slow.

I'm writing to thank the manager Ace for answering my phone call and going out of his way to find the vanilla bean that I couldn't find anywhere else in the Poconos. This was a long drive and well worth it. Wegman's and is a magical FOOD OASIS! Jocelyn at the Customer Service counter had my order waiting when I got there and was super friendly and kind. This store is cleaner than any grocery store I go to and stocked completely. I love all the gorgeous Landscaping in the parking lot and honor this company's commitment to the environment as well as the aesthetics of a beautiful shopping experience. Thank you to Ace and the team!

Visited Wilkes-Barre for weekend getaway and visited nearby Wegmans in town on the way back home. I got my favorite carrot cake to have for desert and after 2 1/2 hour long drive, cut the cake and inside was not a carrot cake, but chocolate cake instead. I called the store, but they told me the only way to get refund is to bring the cake with receipt. I am not driving 5 hours to return the cake. Very disappointing.

Very nice store, they carry unusual items and everything is fresh and delicious. The store is clean. Bakery delicious! Today was very windy but they had people in the parking lot collecting carriages constantly. Great job !!
