This team is amazing. Honestly, my insurance will allow me most places and I will NEVER go anywhere else. I needed glasses and usually pay $400 plus, I paid $80 for the same glasses. I needed an itemized bill and within 2 min of calling the woman faxed and I submitted to FSA for reimbursement. Never ever a hard time.Just kind and helpful which is what we can all use more of. AMAZING! The entire team has been amazing. Thank-you so much for everything.

The staff was super nice which helped with my anxiety. I explained my situation with my bad prescription so the doctor even had me use those test lenses to look at a paper and see if it was comfortable. My prescription is exactly what I needed and it feels nice to see clearly. I'm used to paying double what I paid for lesser versions of the things I needed on my glasses so the price was amazing to me. Including warranties on lenses and frames. They have a pretty decent selection of glasses, even in some really nice price ranges. The glasses were finished 3-4 days before they told me they would be. They even had all my insurance information pulled up and ready when I got to my appointment which was a nice time saver for me.

The staff was excellent, best glasses and prescription I ever had. However when I was there, a very verbally abusive woman gave the kind lady that was helping me a horrible and mean time. The employee was so patient and kind to this woman but alas, some people are boisterous and rude.

I had an appointment Tuesday. I went on time and they took someone else at the time of my appointment. Today, I went to do a fast pick up for my glasses that I paid $300 just for the lens in advance. The staff members deliberately made me wait a long time. When someone finally got my glasses. I told her to give them to me because I have to go, my son with me is still in school. She gave them to me and then told me I was rude, although I did not insult any of them. I asked for a refund of my money. Two managers for the store came and stood a distance behind me. I called one over to be my witness that I am requesting a refund of my money because athe staff member that handed me my glasses insulted me. He tried to convince me to take the glasses, but I told him that I would rather walk around without seeing. They finally returned my $300.

Wal Mart does not readily spring to mind when considering any sort of healthcare related options. But getting an eye exam and paying for it yourself is a royal pain. Your options are chain stores or local optometrists. The chain stores tend to steer you towards pricey exam/lens packages and finding an eye doctor is a roll of the dice. I took the plunge at Wal Mart and was pleasantly surprised. Getting an exam and a prescription cost $65. I paid almost double that a few years earlier at a local optometrist who seemed rushed and a bit flummoxed when I had no interest in actually purchasing frames from their overpriced and hopelessly limited selection. The frames at Wal Mart were more extensive and far less expensive but nothing I wanted. But the eye exam by Dr. Braddock was thorough and friendly. She was patient with this rather inquisitive and impatient patient. She gave me endless options every time I expressed any qualms about getting it exactly right. She answered all my questions without condescension and for the first time in decades I have an eyeglass prescription that seems accurate. Kudos to Dr. Braddock. I went through some of the glasses and while I could not find any frames I could actually see fit to purchase, the staff was low-key and helpful. (The frames really seemed flimsy and nothing special. But it's probably a great bargain if you're buying for kids who tend to out grow or lose them frequently. I wasn't looking for gold-plated Gucci frames but the frames seemed akin to the endless inventory of $5 reading glasses that adorn my desk.)

After switching back to a larger company (Walmart Vision W-B) thinking you'd get better service I am seeing they are extremely understaffed in Wilkes Barre, impossible to speak to someone on the phone you get "Please hold all of our staff is currently helping customers" believe me they don't pick back up and going there the lines are always long... I had reordered contact's which should have been in last week, never got a call and not sure if they are in as promised by last week because it's this week and again, never got the call. Is it just me? Bad timing? Huge problem for such a big company

Dr. Delbalso and the entire staff displayed the utmost kindness, professionalism, patience, competence, and thoroughness to my entire family. We purchased several pair of frames and lenses which were of very good quality. One pair was broken by our own negligence in the first month, and they were returned and replaced the same day without question or incident.

I have been buying glasses there for years. My son's prescription is current and always gets the same frames every time. So, I call there with a valid credit card wanting to purchase a back up pair of glasses for him. They inform me that I have to drive all of the way up there just to stand there and hand them my credit card. They will not allow you to buy anything over the phone. So, if you want convenience, Walmart Vision Center is NOT the place that you want to take your business to...

Several years ago I did have a good experience here with Dr. Delbalso, but after my last experience, I can say that WalMart Vision has lost my business. I had the misfortune of a recurrent eye condition flaring up when I went for my exam. I was seen by Dr. Columbus, who is highly unprofessional and tried to harass me into coming into his office for follow up even AFTER I told Wal Mart I have my own doctor for my condition and would be seeing him for treatment. This guy does not take no for an answer and apparently doesn’t get that adults who are mentally sound can make their own healthcare choices. When I complained the staff at WalMart stuck up for him. That was all I need to know. I plan on filling my glasses script at a more professionally run vision center where I am respected as an adult and a patient. So if you need to go to Walmart for your exam and glasses after reading all this...just hope Dr. Columbus isn’t seeing you!!

Went there several years ago when I needed replacement frames for my readers. They were the only place in town that would even give me the time of day and took care of me. Been going there ever since. Dr. D is phenomenal in my book and the staff always helpful.

Great place to get glasses! Very nice and thorough doctor and the staff treated me very well. They excepted my eye insurance and my costs were very low. I'd definitely recommend others to go get glasses here.

The staff has taken very good care of our family. The glasses are of 'ok' quality and the price is right ! Plus you get to have a copy of your Rx - so if you need another pair of glasses later you can buy them anywhere. I won't 'name names' but private optical shops are much more expensive and you won't get your Rx unless you ask. I recommend Walmart.
