The prices are a little high but that is not the reason for the three stars… I had purchased two bags of treats. Upon opening one, I discovered they were rotten. Sour smell, even found a bug on the treat itself in the freshly opened bag. I returned the next day with complete bag of rotten treats and receipt. I’ve worked retail this would NOT be a situation where I asked the customer to fill out a return slip, as it was bad product not just a return because “my pet didn’t like this” but I was asked to fill one out. I asked if I could substitute as I just wanted the treats, which they indicated I could. I went to the shelf and picked a similar treat but different brand. The difference was $1.17. I’m not hard up on money so I paid this with no hesitation but I personally wouldn’t have made a customer pay that difference simply for the fact they had to return with product sold from my store that was rotten. I would like the customer service experience to be better. I understand one cannot help if a product comes in that way but you can help the way it is handled moving forward. There is a mark up on products in order for you to make a profit and I doubt this instance would’ve ruined your bottom line.

Keep walking, this place doesn't care about you or your pet. Treat people like it's a chore to do business with them. Not nice, not helpful, not appreachiativ of your business. Chewy actually sends me cards and letters telling me how much they care and value my business. Tried to support the small business, backfired.

Ever since 2020 I have been shopping at Village Pet Supplies. The owner cares 100% about the safety of her customers, staff and their pets so obviously masks are optional as they should be. Masks are dangerous. I never wore a mask and never will. There was never a reason to wear a mask. For the few people who don’t understand the dangers of masks they can shop elsewhere and for those of us who know the facts…we will be shopping at Village Pet Supplies and giving our pets the very best. Thank you for protecting your customers and staff.

I visited the shop with the gemstones.It was nice. It was small. They also have the pet food & things mixed in. Some/most items in glass cases, so you have to ask to touch/see the stones. The staff is very helpful. Nice place. ???

I absolutely love VPS. They have a wide variety of healthy and nutritious food for my pets. They are always very helpful and the cats are just the cutest! Your pets deserve the best and they have it.

Great selection of better quality dog food in this store. Many different types of chews available. Prices are higher but you're paying for the cleaner foods

Always love shopping here! What's better than a place you can get your fur babies food, treats etc... A visit from one of the 3 shop kitties and CRYSTALS and Gemstones! This place makes my day when I visit!
