Not very happy with this store. I was there 4 times in one week and my phone which is a Pixel 6 a. I can't make calls without a message is coming up. First time she changed my SIM card and that didn't work, received a new phone from Texas overnight and had to go to the store for a QR code, my SIM card was missing from the phone. The third time my phone was set up for wireless calling, but that didn't work either, went there the 4th time and they called the IT department and I was on with her for over an hour in the middle of the store on their phone and the person from that department had me doing things to my cell phone, from their landline. It turns out that night still having the same problems. The person in the store told me they can't do anything for me. So tomorrow my husband is going to the store. I have been with Verizon 21 years and that's how they treat their customers. I am so mad over this situation, something needs to be done!!!!!!

Super friendly staff the building is lot bigger and super clean my only concern is the parking because it's shared with the FedEx store so it makes it harder to pull out of the parking spot

This specific location is a joke. I ordered a phone for pickup on a new line, and when I came to pick it up...they just handed me the bag and walked away, even after asking her if there was anything else I needed to do. Upon attempting to activate my phone..I couldn't...after an hour on hold with Verizon, I was told I need to go BACK to the store because they didn't mark the order as picked up.....and of course, there's no phone number for this location??????? I'm furious, honestly. Only reason I'm giving two stars at all is because the customer service from Verizon was decent enough over the phone.

I called this store with number listed only to find out you can't call the store, you get redirect to the same stupid *611 automated service that does absolutely nothing but annoy you. These communications companies need to re incorporate humans into the equation. not like we don't pay enough for that right.

Since it was black friday, which I never went shopping on that day, it was really not bad. They had enough staff to cover the number of people who were and might be taking advantage of any specials. The staff member that took care of me was very nice and helpful. All in all, the experience that day was good.
