I called what I thought was Verizon and it turned out to be a scam which unfortunately I fell for her but thanks to Discover card fraud division everything turned out okay then I actually called the Verizon company myself and they were absolutely fabulous and getting the whole thing straightened out

I've been a Verizon customer way back when it was Bell Atlantic, my current phone number has been in use in my family since 1960 when it was Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania. With that being said it's been reliable service for over 62 years and I will never get rid of my landline. Keep up the great work Verizon. I just don't recommend the internet from them ...sorry ?

Garbage service, customer service that doesn't understand that 2 months of no internet is completely fine. Losing jobs because of internet outages is fair, even customer service solutions that end with : an outage at the central office is currently ongoing, Goodbye.; fix it idiots; I would love to see the bill Verizon will be paying the 570 area code for not having complete service since the 3rd of August. If the company is updating its main service center a courtesy warning regarding loss of service for 2 months would have been nice.

Verizon is the worst ISP. Never upgrade their equipment and never deliver the speed they promise. Take your money elsewhere unless you like aggravation and burning cash.

.7 miles away from this location, i thought the closer you are to a branch or watever, your services would be better?? Maybe I'm wrong hopefully i am because they denied me fios an i didnt do research, I should've went to service electric 😒.
