Purchase a 2021 Malibu with a Certified warranty .Had trouble with the backup camera. They replaced the the camera but the replacement camera didn't improve it any better. After numerous calls to various persons
I received no return calls about the matter. Finally on the second appointment I was told it is what it is. The backup camera is out of focus and is useless at nite. I guess chevys camera is based on 1950 technology. Should of purchased that escape.

Drove from Maryland with the intention of buying a Silverado. We were working with their salesman, Vinnie, and throughout the test drive and everything leading up to purchasing, things were great. When it came time to talk price, we brought comps and made an offer. Vinnie came back into the office with his manager, Dave. They brought in an offer in the middle of their listed price and our offer (very standard). It’s everything that happened after this that led us to walk away.
We stated that if that was the price they were offering, then we wanted them to lift the truck in their shop so we could assess the bumper. The bumper was a full 2 inches lower on the right side and detached on the side near the headlights. There was nothing to explain this in the Carfax report so we wanted to know what we were getting into financially if we were left to fix or replace the bumper ourselves. Dave quickly adopted an attitude and spoke to us with a very condescending tone. This is not our first Silverado, so we didn’t need his false excuse for why the bumper was sagging so dramatically. We just wanted to see it. And I want to emphasize, we never raised our voices or spoke with an ounce of disrespect. We merely stood firm in wanting to ensure our money was being well spent. The line that finally led us to walk was, “You came to us, we didn’t come to you.”
Long story short, poor customer service mentality. If the manager had been kind and just let us look at the bumper more closely, we would have likely accepted their offer. But being approached with that level of hostility broke all trust we had in making a purchase at Valley Chevrolet.

Sales managers do not know how to value vehicles. This dealership was the only one out of seven I visited that came nowhere close to actual value and tried to convince that their evaluation was the “true market value”. Ha. Salesperson also hadn’t a clue about the vehicle they were showing, couldn’t figure out simple interior features, and never bothered to follow up on questions.
TL;DR: Save yourself the time and aggravation, go somewhere where the staff is knowledgeable.

It was pretty easy, lots to choose from, lewis Robinson was amazing, funny and answered all my questions and helped me with everything I need to know while I was looking at the car and after purchasing. Buying the vehicle was pretty easy and simple, didn't take long since I had my insurance sent over beforehand. I'm super happy with the nice staff showing me everything and how clean everything was

I recently had my equinox in the service dept for a recall. My service advisor Byran Bucci was AMAZING. He was polite and knowledgeable, he kept me informed as to the time line for my car to be done. He had my car in the shop and fixed within 2 hours. He made me feel like my car was his top priority and explained everything to me with no miscommunication. I have never in all my years of owning Chevy vehicles and dealing with various service departments ever had an advisor like Bryan. Valley is lucky to have him and I would recommend him to anyone I know who owns a Chevy vehicle.
