I just got a 2020 Chevy Bolt and was frustrated because I had to find a dealership in the area to fix an error code I’ve gotten. Valley Chevy was the only dealership in the area that took my car in with no hesitation. They checked the vin and realized that there was a recall that wasn’t taken care of. They immediately got the part, fixed it and now my Bolt is even better then when I bought it!! Great service and I will definitely be going to them for my next Chevy!!!! Thank you to all the Valley Chevy service team, and the Service Advisor Stephen Murock!!! You all did a great job!!!

Appt for check engine light......charged me $150 to take literally less than 5 minutes to plug the computer in, basically because I declined the repair work to be completed here due to their outrageous quote. Work being done by small business which takes alot more pride in their work than dealership service departments, for a MUCH better price.

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic for the AC unit. My wife received a call with a quote for a sensor. I spoke with the service advisor about the issue and was assured of the problem. I agreed to the quote and price of $400 plus tax for the repair. 15 minutes later the advisor called me back and told me I needed a compressor. He quoted me a price of $1800 for repairs. He couldn’t or didn’t take the time to explain to neither of us how he didn’t know it was the compressor in the beginning. He did not give me an explanation. And I asked him why was the price so expensive. Again I was told that was the price he looked up. No explanation. After trying to call several times, i went down there. He wasn’t available and the service cashier was very arrogant and nasty.Service: Air conditioning

Booked an appointment online showing a 79.95 price for oil change. Waited 90 mins past my appointment time before they pulled my car in the garage and charged me 250$ for the oil change. No courtesy at all. Service advisor came over after car was on the lift and warned me of the charge but was to late...Services: General repairs & maintenance

First off I made an appointment and didn’t have to wait weeks to get my truck looked at. That alone is worth a good review! They took care of a warranty item in just one day. No waiting for parts or waiting for someone to get around to look at it. The service tech who took care of my truck ,Cody, was very friendly and answered all the questions I had for him. Very polite and professional! Thank you Valley Chevrolet service department!

I ONLY bring my vehicle here!! I complained of my truck having a problem for a long time, and i was just blown off!!! Cody just dismisses me, doesn't help at all, puts the paper in front of me and says sign here. I complained about my truck shutting off and my radio not working properly over and over, first they said, battery, replaced that, then battery cable, replaced that, no questions, then fuse block replaced that, then radio, replaced that, yesterday my truck shut down AGAIN!!!!!!!! NOTHING IS GETTING DONEServices: Tires
