I NEED CORPORATE TO CONTACT ME! I was ACCUSED of theft on 9-9-2021 at around 9am by an older cubbies manager with Grey hair... NOT ONLY did I do nothing of the sort, but his staff member was with me and aware if my booking containing the sink part I needed needed match up... I was even a caused of going outside to a car (I didn't have as I came on a bicycle) to unload a load of "stolen" items ... I was so tempted to leave the items walk out and call the police...but after not sleeping and thinking about who may have heard these accusations and i now feel as if my anxiety etc has truly been hindered and I need action taken..

I ordered online and got the option to have curbside. So I thought why not. I did my part and waited over 20 minutes. Nothing. I called the store and the associate told me that the curbside must be down. And they would not know it unless someone tried to do curbside and it didn't work. So I wasted my time. I came inside and was again waiting. An associate was finally available but did not greet us or even acknowledge us. She went to pickup what was my order. I said to her ..that's mine. She rudely commented that I had hung up on her. Not true at all. I just think this kind of thing is why I will not go back to home Depot. The customers service is always a real disappointment.

Filthy store with abandoned equipment, open and discarded boxes and merchandise including sharp metal building supplies, tar spills, spilled bags of concrete, in every aisle. Tripping/cutting/falling hazards galore. Management is a disgrace. It's a shambles more befitting a Dollar Tree than a home improvement store.

In the nursery almost none of the plants were watered and a lot were also dead. They need to water their plants. Also need to take much better care of them.

ordered a washer and dryer took a month and a half to be delivered. their professional installer couldn't install. now I have a washer and dryer sitting in the middle of my kitchen until they send a plumber. I guess we'll eat Easter dinner sitting around the appliances! Thanks Home Depot

I had to repaint my bathroom after an ex-tenant painted it a color I despised. Thankfully I had the sample container from when I had originally painted it. I took it to HD, which was where I purchased the original paint and they still had the color, thank God! The girl at the paint counter was very friendly and helpful and had my paint ready within minutes. The lady at the checkout was very friendly as well.

If I could do 0 I would. If you need assistance or are doing a in store pickup the service is awful and takes forever. Not a single good experience at this Home Depot

Ordered some lumber (stair stringers) that most Home Depot's had run out of and did not have for many weeks. Wilkes-Barre HD had it! Unfortunately it is a 60 mile run from my house. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Took care of my order and I was on my way in a very short time. Yes I would go back to them.

Don't buy carpets from here!!! Purchased a carpet here and they tried to install a wrong (cheap kind) one. Informed them of the mistake and they told me it was a factory error, and they will have to re-order which means another long wait to get carpet installed. The store did not try to make things right given that we had to take the day off work to get the carpet installed! Very poor customer service.

This was a terrible experience. I ordered a curbside pickup. I arrived when it said my order was ready and when I called, the women on the phone was extremely rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. Then when they brought out my $300 purchase, they didn’t say a word to me, although I was standing there trying to ask them a question about the product. I also ordered for it to be assembled, but it came out in the box. What kind of customer service is that?

My washer broke on 2/21/2020. We purchased a brand new washer at the Wilkes-Bare Home Depot on 2/24/2020. We spent $880+ and were told the washer would be delivered on 2/27/2020. With 4 boys, I desperately needed my washer. They called me the day before and said they wound there between 1:30-5:30, but that I was delivery 13 so I would be on the latter end. The 24th came and they called me and said they were not coming because their delivery driver had a family emergency. They

I use this home depot mostly for paint & gardening, I have never had a bad experience. We bring our dog & the workers give him tons of attention. Love that home depot is dog friendly!

11/5/2019 bought a refrigerator it was delivered they ripped my flooring. Made a claim that day. And, to this date they still havd not compensated me, so i can fix my floor. 25 phone calls anddozens of emails.
