“For my Drivers ? Easy place to find, but it is tight, so be aware. It's very manageable to get into "IF." You are a Professional Driver ?Considering it's a one lane highway, it requires you to blind side back in... But let me tell y'all my secret ? if you go past the Goodyear sign (Shipping/Receiving) to the next driveway where it says "Service" and turn around back there. And then come back to Shipping/Receiving driveway and set up your backing the right way on the street. Then you will be able to get in there. Easy like Butter ? Unless, you just really want to blind side back (hey be my guest) ? They only occupy 2 docks for other carriers/companys...Why make things complicated when you don't have to ??♀️?Oh, and yea, they were pretty quick, too, unloading me....Stay safe, my fellow Drivers ?? ??”

“Bought 4 tires on a Saturday, and on Monday two of the went flat. I called and they said bring it in. So i filled the tires with air and went down. The problem was my valve stems were no good. They replaced them at no cost to me. Now i'm good to go. Great service and fast. Save your reciept in case you need them to relook at something.”

“Came here to get a used tire since mine was flat. Was just grateful they were open on a Sunday. Only $27 for the used tire. Can’t find those prices anywhere. I had a dented rim which they fixed saving me a lot of money and only charged me $35 total for the used tire and fixing the rim. Super quick too. Would recommend to anyone”

I put a pick in for 20 tires in the morning and by the afternoon before our trailer arrived in Reading the 20 tires I picked in the morning were on our trailer. He is the unsung hero of McCarthy Tire and he and his crew of 2 deserve some recognition! “I’ve been going to Firestone for about six years now. They are always very thorough with their courtesy checks and repairs. I usually drop my car off for the day so I’m never worried about time. After the work, they always explain what they did and answer my questions. I can’t remember the manager’s name, but he deals exceptionally well with people. I’ve seen lines almost out of the door with the phone ringing and every interaction with a customer, he is kind, patient, accommodating and describes everything that needs done. The technicians do a great job. Also, I’d like to give a shout-out to Deanna (sp?). Very courteous and always greets you with a smile. Bottom line, I love this place.”

“Today at the Pep Boys in Wilkes-Barre, PA, I received service that was not only outstanding but above and beyond. It was only 15 degrees outside. My car died at the Sheetz convenience store across from the Pep Boys. I walked to the Pep Boys and asked if they could help me. Carla the Assistant Manager asked Mike to go with me to jump start my vehicle so I could get it over to the shop. Even though it was bitter cold outside, he did not hesitate and said he would help me. We got the car started and got it back to Pep Boys where the two mechanics both named Mike replaced my car battery in very quick fashion. Carla directed me to a place where I could sit and wait and keep warm while they worked on the car. I could not be more grateful nor more impressed with the caring service they provided to me. It is rare to find people that truly care these days and they also restored my faith in Pep Boys as a brand. I will continue to be a customer with Pep Boys due to their efforts. “I am from Harrisburg, Pa and came up to Scranton for a Superbowl party and ended up hitting a big hole in the road. I was told to come here to get my tire changed. When I got here they were short-stopped but very very on top of things they made sure I was comfortable made sure they had everything they needed from me and the enterprise they're very nice great workers helpful and every way everybody should come here if they need any type of vehicle work they do an amazing job and I if I lived here I would come here for any tire change oil anything you need. They are probably best Auto shop I've ever been to. Like I said they have a great work ethic they're diligent they are on top of things they are helpful kind generous and I'm grateful that I came here to get my tire changed because I've realized how great auto this auto shops can be and this is one of the best I've been to.
