Went by the Cafe today. The young lady (she had a lot of hair) had a serious attitude not just to me but also the customers behind me. She was putting hotdogs in saw me said nothing. Went on the back got more hotdogs. Still said nothing to me. I expected I'll be with you in a minute or something. She comes to the counter and her greeting was "What do you want" no hi nothing. The people behind me.. same greeting what do you want...

The store is very good but the staff are mostly very Discriminatory, I have been visiting there a lot and one day I recorded with my camera more than 12 people entering White Americans and not one of them was asked for a membership card and then I recorded some Latinos and people of color Like me, I have dark skin and they asked for their card. I go 2 and 4 times a week and I already enter with the card on my forehead because I know that they will always ask for it. Attention to the owners. Race Discrimination is being practiced here and that is serious. I continue visiting the store but put it watch out for that i got a lot videos

I love Sam's Club # 1. This has always been my "happy place" But I went shopping yesterday with a friend and she had a hypoglycemic episode and almost passed out and Jim approached us and gave her a chair and made sure she was okay and got her a soda and continously checked on her until she was okay. Jim seriously made our day and made me feel comfortable. 2 other Sam's employees also asked if we were okay while others just passed by. But Jim seriously cared and knew how to deal with the situation.

Was extremely crowded,to the point where there wasn't any shopping carts to the right hand side when you first walk in.resulting in having to exit the store when people were trying to come in.I had to go back outside and go against the flow of pedestrians when it was overwhelming crowded to begin with.

Disappointing experience this week at this sam's club will not be returning. Employees seem like they are there to just collect a check, no care in what they do anymore. Always harrassed about the credit card and plus even when I already have the black plus mastercard... if you want to save money go to sheilds or aldis. Moldy fruits and vegetables on shelfs and still disgusting.... Not shopping again

Disappointing experience at this store as always. As soon as i arrive the floor is sticky with dirty from outside and all around the store is messes upon messes. I witnessed firsthand a pack of steak and milk that was warm left out on the isle and a employee casually grabbed it and placed it back into the refrigeration sections that each belong too. That is how you people get sick. Don't even bother to reach out to the ones responding that are supposed to be managers, they cannot even spell right. If you purchased any food from here and got sick, just know they let the food spoil and place it back on the shelves. Took pictures of oranges that were perfectly molded and the response was they have to sell it regardless. Disrespectful and disgusting.
Update will be sharing video proof online... also the so called managers responding to the comments are just reporting the low reviews to keep the business at a high rating. Having their own employees make accounts to say good things about the establishment as well as disregarding negative feedback. The ones in charge cannot even properly spell when replying to a review

Just want to start of by saying the 2 supervisors on duty should not be working at this establishment. Supervisor Jeremiah Bower should not be allowed to be close to my son during checkout, let alone touching him whether it be just his hand or his shoulder. It made my son feel uncomfortable and it is disrespectful to do without consent. As for Juliette Marshall, she is not fit to be a supervisor of any kind. If anything a supervisor of the cafe. She is way too slow to respond to customers needs, and does not seem to take her job seriously. As a customer I,should be treated with respect and not laughing in my face when being asked about a unknown charge on my account coming from the store. In addition as im standing there with her and there are other workers that have airpods in having multiple conversations at once while speaking on customers confidential information. The store and its employees are ignorant and are just there for the pay at the end of the day. Save yourself the trouble get a membership online for cheaper and limit your time in this location. To add on I have voice recording of one of the managers discriminating a regular customer based of ethnicity just because they look "suspicious ". Don't shop here!!
