Today was my first day ever shopping at Sam’s Club. Upon arriving, I was asked to present my club card. I showed to the women who asked me. It felt awkward. So I stood around for about a minute. And watched if others had to show their proof that they belonged there. She greeted them but did not ask for a card. I was solicited twice, once for my electric service and once for my phone service. I was looking around, admiring merchandise and noticed a nan following me. He followed for about 2 aisles. Then disappeared. Another man walked down an aisle and took a pic of me on his phone. Then quickly walked away. Smh. I was going to just leave but I was so intrigued by the decent prices. So I went to self check out. I knew someone was going yo approach me. She offered me to upgrade My membership. But I declined. Maybe she was checking to ensure I had a card. Maybe, maybe not. I told her I will never be back and told her why. I explained my experience. She offered to speak to the manager but I declined. Nice lady. Im just never going back. As I completing my purchase. I knew I was being watched. I look up and sure enough an office door was open. A different man was standing in view facing me but trying not to make it obvious that he was watching me. guess my presence and my money is no good there. Not sure if they followed me to the parking lot. Definitely wasting their time. The ones that they should be watching, they are not. Im not rich, but not broke either. Walmarts are closing. Sam’s Club will probably be next if they keep racially profiling people. I was treated better at BJ’s. Never had that problem.

Cheryl was very professional and made sure my new glasses were perfect in every way. I'm very happy with them. The price for the glasses was the most reasonable compared to other optical centers. Highly recommend.

I witnessed an autistic coworker be bullied by 3 cos ppl. He was in tears. They were trying to get him to quit. They finally fired him for going to the men's room. Nasty people with no respect or dignity. Unnecessary meanness to customers. Thanks for the donut Sams clam disco.

Horrible. We paid for our merchandise. The woman (Mandy) at the exit door scanned our receipt and a cpl items in the cart and said they werent on receipt. It was 3 cases of body armour drink. 3 cases WERE on the receipt but one of the numbers was different because they were 2 diff flavors. So she holds us at the door, then sends my son back to the cashier, who couldnt help, she then sent him to customer service and line was 8 deep. After about 20 min I phoned the manager who got us out the door without their inventory error nonsense. We were held up a long time. Never going back.

It's an amazing store and cheap at the rates items are for sale for. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. The only downside is during the pandemic is you cannot sit in the food court and many items are not available

I haven't been here for a couple years, but the "new" setup (well, new to me) is HORRIBLE. It's confusing and items are difficult to locate. The flow of the checkout lines is awful and the store was super busy on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm. People were literally everywhere where you could barely get your cart by them. Rude as hell people too. Well, I was there so I might as well get what I came for! I went there particularly looking for brisket and baby back ribs. They were out of the ribs. The rest of the meat case was pretty well stocked. I bought some sub rolls to make my own subs and they were really good and at a reasonable price. I picked up some Salsa and got compliments that it tasted like it came from a Mexican restaurant. They definitely have some good items there, if you can deal with the rude people.....next time I'll go as early as I can and see if there is a difference. We managed to skip the lines by checking out on the Sam's Club app. Really convenient and easy!

Have been going here for years. During the pandemic the online ordering was convenient and safe. Used it every week, until one week they lost my order in their system and still took my $250 from my card and after a week of phone calls and no success it was my bank that gave me my money back, NOT Sam's. Pretty big error and debacle. Customer service on phone was awful and nonunderstanding of tying up someone's money. They took no responsibility at all.
