Incredibly ignorant, rude, and disrespectful old woman behind the register. She's better off put in the back where she belongs instead of yelling and making faces at customers. How she's kept her job is beyond belief.

The older lady that works there at the moment is just flat out rude. She rolled her eyes at my mom and I when we were looking at phone cases and when I grabbed one that might’ve fit my phone she took the cases away, she proceeded to huff at me as I asked my mom if she wanted anything and she rang up the case without even asking me if I wanted it, she interrupted my mom and I and said “are you done yet?” As a retail worker myself she should not be on the register. The cashiers are usually who people see when they first walk into any store.

Pretty run down store. Smells horrible. Prices are high for used, stained clothes.

Busy and crowded but nothing insurmountable for thrifting.

These places are staffed by ARC residents, nothing wrong with it, I was in this program a long time ago you have to work here in exchange for a Shared room. What I saw here and in the old ARC downtown was crazy. When sorting through donations of anything of value found you needed to let the paid manger know.., We found WWII helmets and other items the manager saw it from his nest above ran down Grabbed it , put it in his trunk to take home. Yet when an ARC worker saw a pair of shoes they could use if they took them they would be fired (if you can be fired from forced work) and kicked to the street.. then back after hurricane Katrina they received huge donations to be distributed by SA but they hid the pallets of products in a Basement garage at the old ARC downtown, they had no plans of sending it to the people affected by that devastating event. The SA is not what it seems. The Company disguised as a Charity once refused a multi billion dollar donation from the Heir of McDonald's because she told them it was to build a certain type for facility and never to be used as anything else! If they can turn down something like that? think about it? They did get the money after a long negotiation on terms look it up it's All public information

PROS: the staff was nice and the place was spacious. They had a lot of clothes and tons of parking. Prices were all good as well CONS: the bric a brac, media, and electronic sections were scarce and beyond clothing there was really nothing else to shop for OVERALL: if you come for the clothing you're in luck. Come for anything else and you'll be scratching your head

No changing rooms. When I asked the cashier she said, "You just have to guess." Fantastic. They also don't accept returns
