Getting my prescriptions filled at this Riteaid is extremely frustrating, most of the time they don't answer the phones, sometimes I am unable to use my vehicle & need to walk, so I would prefer knowing for sure if my prescriptions are in fact ready. Sometimes I do get a call notifying me, but very rarely. I tried getting out cash back, the front register doesn't have enough cash, the pharmacy register didn't give the option. All around just unpleasant & inconvenient.

Very unprofessional. I try to steer from leaving negative reviews but there's something to be said. It was one of those times I was discriminated for my vision disability, having to wear thick lens. I'm already a pharma student and was scheduled for the trainee position. The employees started giggling and whispering amongst themselves before sending me on my way and lying about send my information over to "the appropriate person". After refusing to proceed with my interview. I walked in with washed hair, a sweater, pants, and black boots. Nothing else about my appearance to give them excuses to turn me away.

They are extremely ignorant and rude. Tried to keep a prescription and money. After being told they could have a cash refund. Fought and claimed they didn’t have the money to give back 60$. “Are you proud of yourself as people” yes because you people are disgusting. You can not treat people this way . I need corporates number, LP, district manager & store managers information .

Pharmacist is rude! Waited to drop off Rx, wasn’t acknowledged just ignored by 2 people behind counter, only one in line and they we’re definitely not busy… took my prescription elsewhere!

I needed one pill for vertigo. I sat for 90 minutes waiting for my doctor to call, not moving so I didn’t start twirling. Finally I went up and asked if there was something over the counter. WITHOUT A WORD, the pharmacist went and got car sickness meds that had the same drug in it. So I waited 90 minutes when there was an over the counter that had the same drug!!! What I did not think to check; and he said NOTHING was the dosage. I assumed that the dosage would be less, not. The over the counter meds were double the amount of meclizine. I could not drive home - I slept. Rudest pharmacist that I have ever met. Rude to other staff also. I sat for a long time so I saw a lot.

I just changed my pharmacy because this one never answers the phone.. the pharmacist doesn't check the chart notes and the phone just rings and rings with no answer for hours

The group in the pharmacy are awesome, all your questions will be answered and they take their time with you. In fact every one that works in this store are so nice. My favorite 2nd store "

This Rite Aid needs to better educate their staff; neither the cashier nor the manager she called knew how to process the Similac checks; the cashier didn’t seem interested in learning, and the manager didn’t have any answers either. Never had any issues at any of the other RiteAid locations; it also took three times of politely asking before they returned it to me - it’s as if I were there. Will continue to use RiteAid, but not this location.

Not a very busy location. I am actually suprised they are still open. Very clean store. Not much to brag about. Prices are a bit expensive. Their competition will crush Rite Aid if they don't do anything different. Employees are nice. Their prices need to change and they need more inventory of items for get more people in.

Prices are outrageous. Been in there about three times this year 2018 and there's not a lot of foot traffic probably because of their prices being way too high. One day at the register when I heard the total I just said, no, I'm not paying this much, I'm going over to Kmart and I did and got the same items cheaper. If their prices are too high because they're not doing well then it's not hard to figure out why. And if their prices are high out of greed then shame on them and I look forward to seeing them close down.
