Asked the cashier to do a split and was told by him VERY rudely that he wasn't going to do it for 6 dollars he normally charges 10 not very good customer service I filed a complaint with the department of sanitation and I am just waiting for a response clearly he doesn't take shorts which I find rather odd because he was wearing a pair of tiny jean cut off shorts at the time

Asked to do a split tender, got yelled at and told no gas stations do that. It was not busy by any means. Rude employees who don't know their POS system or are just lazy.

I made a purchase for gas this morning and I wanted to do part cash and put credit card the young lady at the register overcharged my card and lied and say she didn't so now I have to call her manager and have her manager do a report on that register then she will see she overcharged and made a mistake my customer service experience this morning was horrible and today is June 5th it is a Sunday

I went to get gas and to my surprise got no gas. Went to the establishment to ask if something may have been wrong with the pump the cashier felt she just had to give me a receipt and no explanation. She didn’t wanna give me the store number apparently she doesn’t know it. I can’t ask for the supervisors name because she don’t know when they will be in. My last resort was to call the police got no help still no gas luckily Sunoco actually gives gas. I have filed a complaint with the bbb and filed a civil suit. Not only was the situation fixable and could of been resolved quickly but it’s sad that your cashier felt she didn’t need to resolve anything. What terrible service!
