They are very helpful . My power go out so many times because lots three falling in those power lines,and ADT is always there . When u have issues with ur camera's they guide or come to ur house if they can't fix the problem.

We called adt to get some pricing for a security system and now they are texting my entire family. my parents, my sister, my in laws and everyone who shares my last name, asking if we want the security system installed. This is literal harassment! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU NOW, STOP HARASSING MY FAMILY. and hey HENRY with ADT I'M ABOUT TO START MESSEGING YOUR GRANDMOTHER AND OTHER RELATIVES TO SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT.

Called ADT to terminate my service and was told it would take 30 day to terminate so I ask the account management member that if Customers were delinquent on their payments they would get an additional 30 days of free service since it takes that long for this company to terminate an account and he said yes which I cannot believe

The Account/Installation team that came to our home was very professional and efficient. They reviewed and explained all options thoroughly, answered all of our questions and then trained us. Very impressed with the overall experience.

The service that I received on the phone was top notch! Both agents that I spoke with provided me with sufficient information as well as an honest approach to what ADT was offering. When it came time for the install (only two days after the phone call) the technician that was sent offered the same level of service as the telephone agents. JP (the installer) was efficient, professional, tidy and was even able to reduce my monthly payments. Overall, I'm very pleased to have chosen ADT for my homes protection.

The technician was very helpful but we waited hours for the second employee to show. The entire process lasted from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm which seemed a bit lengthy but well worth it.. Successful but Lengthy Installation..

Thomas did an amazing job! He walked through the house with me pointing out weaknesses in my home's defense, he explained each piece of equipment, and set out a recommended plan. We then discussed my wants and needs and agreed on a personalized plan for my home. After that Thomas was a blur setting up my system, and we activated the system over the phone and on my app. Thomas was professional, personable, and efficient!

Set-up, installation, and usage was very easy and not a hassle. Customer service has been great so far. The only thing that could have been better was when I was setting everything up, I wish they told me you needed a phone line for the cheapest package. We had to go with the next package, $25 more because we didn't have a phone line. It's fine, just wish we knew ahead of time.

My husband, Brian was home for the installation. He said that the technician (Tre) was very respectful and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable about his equipment. My husband was disappointed that our system could not be integrated to cell phone capability, but is satisfied with the equipment we received. The sales Reps that we talked to were nice. We kind of got that just another sale feeling by the end of the transaction though. Overall not a bad experience. Very grateful for the free equipment that the company gave us and excited to have maintenance support.

Technicians did a great job and returned to the home to replace older cameras with newer ones. Still having some issues and working with technicians to fix. Haven't had any alarms so can't comment on that.. Still dialing the system in..
