He provided multiple locations I can receive in person assitance, rectified the situation, he is very solution oriented and has a great understanding of his role in fraud & lost cards. Always long wait times, short staff & bad service from the tellers & bankers. Tried a different branch & the service is still horrible & unfriendly.
