Worst Company ever, I called for the 3rd time regarding my order. I keep getting the run around, I ordered the "24th of September" and I asked to speak to the manager ... well I got the VP JIM LEWIS...... who wouldn't let me talk to find out what the issue was, instead he just wanted to play big man behind his little desk.he then told me "I don't shut off the ordered, because then its in the QUE" for other companies... poor guy, I will not be using your company any longer and I will make sure to let the world know how you speak to people. especially since at the beginning of the call I stated " this call is being recorded" and you said ok np! lets go PAL! best wishes.

What happened to the customer service here? It has been near IMPOSSIBLE to do business with this company. Why do the ladies in the sales office hate selling products so much?

I ordered a drum of hydraulic oil. The carrier(R and L carriers) lost the shipment somewhere and they inform me their policy gives them 7-10 days to find it before I can get a refund. Meanwhile I'm without oil. I asked her if she thinks that's a good policy and tells me yes. Not ordering from them anymore

Ease of ordering, better than chain store pricing and absolutely EXEMPLARY customer service (JoAnne) are the reasons I use PSC for chems/additives for my diesel trucks. Highly recommended.

I ordered a specific oil for my airplane they sent the wrong oil. I contacted them and got no response. Stuck with oil I can't use. Definitely stick with Amazon. Never use them again. If it was my business would at least said I was sorry and gave a discount on next order, do something. But No Response! Unacceptable!! Patrick P

I am a professional technician that does a fair amount of side work. PSC has the quality products that I want at fair prices which is why I have been a customer for years now, and will continue to be a customer. Thank you!

Worthless Company! Shows all kinds of products available on their website. They are nothing more than a middle man. Placed an order and they never fulfilled it. Was given the excuse that it was on backorder from their distributor. Don't advertise a product if it's not available! At least mark as out of stock. Negative 5 stars should be made available for this company!
