Will NOT be returning here ever again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my cavapoo's cut. Definitely not what I asked for nor what was explained over the phone. Extreme miscommunication. He was shaved off as if they just wanted to get the job done. Super super super sad I even thought of bringing my pup here. This doesn't even look like my dog. Wish I could sue because this is just absurd.

The staff is always so pleasant and also very helpful. Cashiers are very efficient and they get you out of the line quickly.

The manager in aquatic is a total jerk he will look right at you and ignore you. He is unprofessional and rude!

The employee known as Danny is refusing yo sell animals if he deems them unfit for pet ownership.Suggestions and informational tips are always welcome, but acting like you are the #1 pet expert in all the land and just spewing all the animals info you think you know and not allowing customers to buy product from the store not the best business model

It 7/26/23 @ 754pm.. I don't know who the cashier is with the pink hair but she needs to stop gabbing at the register with people when she has a line of 20 customers waiting to cash out.This is my second day here picking up supplies and I can't even get through the line because she won't stop talking, if she keeps it up, I'll go elseware.. no one cares about her experiences or her animals

There were pallets of merchandise throughout the store in the isles that my family and I had to keep finding ways to go around them. In the fish department, the labels for the fish were unsatisfactory. All the pictures were of the same fish on almost every price ticket. If you didn't know what the fish was suppose to look like or called, you had to find an associate for help. Then I purchased calming treats for my dog for when we leave the house and go to the groomer. Upon opening them this morning to give her one, the container was already opened and some other food is inside the container. It looks like dog or cat food and not the treat pictured on the front of the container. They were $19.99 +tax and I have to spend more gas to go back to the store for a refund or exchange to get the correct product I paid for as I live 45 minutes away. And the last thing was we were offered a bag for everything we purchased, only if we paid for it! I was half tempted to leave everything there I was buying and go to petsmart. It was very hard to juggle my young kids, $70 of fish in bags and everything else I purchased. I'm beyond upset with petco.
